This is a slice of life story of ML and FL enjoying their daily life there's literally not supposed any major plot in the story

Sima Jiao raising my standards for the best ML in cdramas . I love how well they communicate and are protective of each other. He instead of lashing out on FL, listens to what she has to say and respects her boundaries. Also love how FL everytime doesn't act like she is holier than thou for not wanting to kill people and giving a proper reason to avoid killing. They resolve their misunderstandings in one episode

Ok so ML is also immortal due to his daoist powers or is he a mortal?

Does she know his identity by that time?

She will forget time spent with ML. But don't worry if they are properly adapting novel then FL is going to think ML was her lover from modern world

For people worried that FL would consider ML as an enemy and will fight against him don't worry. She still has her first life memory, so she still wants to live as a salted fish and ML doesn't force her to regain memories slowly they still become friends in 2nd arc and eventually lovers

Does feud have a HE?

Sleeping together. In the novel they had done that explicitly

When are they going to found about each other's secret identity?

I just noticed that this and moonlit reunion's novel both are written by same author

No he started hearing her voice when she basically healed him in other words when they cultivated together

Wth man that episode 15 was way too cute. I was giggling and kicking up my feet like an idiot

I think people should stop taking ratings too seriously. I’ve seen dramas rated 7.5 or 7.6 on MDL with far more positive comments than some dramas rated 8.6 or 8.7. The ratings on MDL feel pretty superficial.

Are they planning not to show the mortal arc? For the first arc to get over I think it will take two more eps and then 2nd arc would have at least 8 episodes

Did Arthur not dub his voice for episode 13 why does his voice seems different?

How long does that last? I saw it a little spoiler that CZ forces the emperor to marry He Yan to him

Sima Jiao takes the #1 spot for me as a Xianxia ML. Even though he went through a lot of suffering in his childhood, he doesn’t act like a jerk toward the FL (aside from a little at the beginning to confirm his suspicions). He’s honest with her, openly says he cherishes her the most, and even goes along with her whims. After reading some spoilers about the later story, I love his character even more

Tbh I didn't see the SML in both the trailer for more than 3-4 secs. Feels like his role is shorter or he just completely disappears

How's the dynamic between ML and FL here in the novel if anyone has read it guys?
