Mr and miss awkward fall in love during covid
This drama is kind of cute and seems like a symbol of the times... masks, masks and disinfectants everywhere- The humor, the gestures and the mimics do not really do it for me for me so I found it at times kind of boring. but it did have some big plusses in the side couples, the friendships, the second leeds and the adorable way of portraying people who over think things and do not act according to social standards so a big plus for this. The music was ok, the sinematografi was 90% boring 10 % nice. I did fall for a new side character (an object) the tummy warmer. I have never seen a tummy warmer before but I want one desperately now. all in all worth a watch but not much more.

Whats wrong with secretary kim got mixed up with Shopping King Louie
What do you get if you take WWWSK and mix it with Shopping king Luie, add some fluff, some drama, and common tropes and vwalla you have a mr Ling in need of feeling at ease...This drama starts out really well with great humor, pace, chemistry between the leads and an interesting story to follow with ALLOT of falling in to the guys lap more or less everywhere. This relationship makes one or two mistakes but they develop together and mostly practise consensual and honest relations and actually seem to enjoy each others physical contact as well as each others company and talk to each other (yes I know this is mind blowing). The guy seems to tell us that he has trouble controlling himself but honestly he actually shows off his capacity to both reflect upon himself and practice self control. She did not look terrified in any of their kisses (or other physical contact) fully able to say both yes, no and beat the hell out of any guy who crosses her boundaries.
But then it takes a dramatic tern the fluff subsides and well it just stops being fluffy and is both dragged out with nothing really new or especially interesting + ALLOT of cringey moments between side characters. Its not bad either its just meeh. Dragging down this potential fluff masterpiece score from a 9.5 to an 8.
The side stories and there characters are mostly okay, no one sticks out as annoying but we do have our regular stalkers and not very smart people there to make sure we remember this is a C- drama and not a K-drama,
So all in all worth a watch but they could have made it allot shorter or let us see more of the main couples fluff later on and not only in the beginning. .

Sweet sorrow with a twist
This was a beutifull portrayal of love, longing and trying to move on after loosing a loved one,It was abit slow but it hit very close to home so to be honest I found myself looking away and distracting myself more than once. It has allot of sweet, sweet fluff and a very interesting twits att the end of it.
The acting is good the sidecharacters are okey, there are two people who may bring out ones inner anger but it was only one or two scenes so it did not effect the score much. The ending was just beutifull and not only becouse Park Seo Joon played the kid att age 20. But it was just beutifully made,
If you are looking for something cheerfull you shoul look for something else but if you are looing for something beutifull this is deffenetly worth it.

Why feel good when you can feel mad
This story brings a very interesting angle towards both custody battles, homophobia (both internalized and from society) and parenthood as whole. It starts out pretty slow and to be honest a tad boring. But with time it gets more and more sweet and interesting. The child in the movie does a great jobb and is defiantly the star of the show. She is smart, kind, funny and versatile.
The biological mother shows great character growth and does an amazing jobb portraying the side of the typical dad, twisting genderrolles around and shedding light on societies dubbels standards in the most realistic way.
The biological father shows great character growth but also made me kind of mad, he needs to learn how to respect other peoples boundaries as well as find better ways of communication. However the love of his life was the sweetest guy ever, shy but kind and I could not help but fall for him. and then there was this old guy who almost stole the show as much as the kid.
All in all this is definitely worth a watch, it will make you cringe, angry and happy so I guess its a good feel mad movie.

Its okay, but not really good
This story starts out with this sweet romance that parted ways and then nothing more happen. A part of me thinks that the author was trying to tell us that the truly romantic stories should end before they become to complicated. This is a story of confusing, miss understandings, allot of stallking, and by that i mean allot its as if the hole plot revolves about people stalking other people in the name of love... Making up this perfect romance in their head but not really willing to face the reality of love including humans and not the idols in ones head.
Things I Loved about this drama was the female leads dialog (at times) she was very smart end full of integrity yet lack self a steam and though she may have projected confidence she truly was a person full of fears and with extreme defense mechanisms. All good things rarely shown in c-dramas. Unfortunately she also made som annoying choices and made me want to shake some sans in to her at times. She was not very likable ether if I´m going to be completely honest and the dialog did not last long enough to bring up the score of this drama.
The male lead seemed to be oblivious and disappeared more often then Houdini, but did have his sweet moments with fluff and romantic gestures that will make you cringe. There where some sweet moments but to be honest his best friend was allot more likable, handsome and sweet.
The other side characters ranged from mid annoying to full blown I have to skip there scenes because this is just to painful to watch. the only forced kiss in this whole drama was made by a girl. But then again I would not say any of the relationships in this drama where particularly healthy even if people did not force theme selves on others. This Drama also portrayed how pathetic people who will give upp everything including themselves for love look while showing how hard it can be to give upp old habits comparing unrequited love to addiction and chronic disease (yes this is a plus).
The story was pretty predictable at times but did offer a few twists and new takes on common trops but add upp to a meh. And is dragged out waaaaaaay to long.
So all in all I am done, I´m not watching it again but Í'm happy it exists, its just not really good...

Not bad, not good just Is... but it did not make me cringe
I may have had too high hopes or may have seen to many of these while i do love cold male warm female stories I could not get over how extremely stupid they made both leads to be (yes different stupid but still stupid). I kept wondering how on earth these people had survived so far. I did however enjoy the awkwardness of the male lead and they did have great character growth and seemed to evolve allot during their time together and become more and more likable as the story progressed. The side characters in this drama are both awful and really amazing and well everything in between so we do get the full spectrum of side characters. We have the grandpa who is the sweetest most adorable man that really helps the plot move forward in the most constructive way without au any trubbel. And the male best friend who is probably the sweetest guy in all of c-dramaland. Both of these are defiantly two of the most likable side characters I have seen.
While the male lead mostly grasps the notion of consent and almost goes over board while looking for her consent in parts of the drama (I never thought i wold write that sentence), he is att times a bit possessive though. The male leads best friend is both a stalker and not really one of those people who seem to care about gaining consent seeing he douse force himself on his love interest . Her sister is not really likable either so we have two good, two bad and well the rest are somewhere in between.
I think this drama is missing some fluff, I do not think I cringed even once thrue out the whole drama and what is a c-drama without its fluff? Is it really a c-drama?
The story it self has its ups and downs so its not really good but its not bad either... Its just one of those dramas that is...

For those who want to feel anger while being charmed by Lee Jung Suk att his cutest
This is a drama that will have you saying wtf and how can they be so stupid and how the h*** is that person still alive??? So if you are looking for something that makes any sense please look somewhere else… While watching this drama I kept on wanting to yell at the people (mostly men) in this series, what the f**** is wrong with you!!! Just admit to your wrong doings, learn from your mistakes, apologies and move on with your lives/ just move out of the way and let them do their job… So I guess this is one of those dramas that truly brings out your inner anger, so if you are in the mood to get angry, this is definitely the drama for you!I honestly do not know if it is the female leads acting, dialog, character or all of the above that where really really bad, but bad was it… And no matter what was behind it, she was not the least bit lovable and probably had more chemistry (if any) with the villain then the male lead, and considering the male lead is Cutie Lee (Lee Jong Suk) that should otherwise be impossible but look we found someone to fit that description. I´m honestly impressed over this, so it may actually have been intentional if so why?
While the first female lead is boring, the second female leas is bubbling with emotions, she is sweet, loving and cooperative and has this amazing chemistry with Cutie Lee and is truly enjoyable to watch.
The second male lead fits the part perfectly he has great character growth but is definitely one of the people who frustrated me the most and brought out my inner anger.
Cutie Lee (Lee Jong Suk) has an adorable character, he is bad ass, sweet, funny and really shows cutie Lee at his sweetest, well styled, well smiled and just completely charming in every single way. He is what makes this drama not only bearable but worth a watch!
To conclude this, this drama has a great mixture of truly interesting, intense, boring and just plain strange plots. So I can’t say it’s bad but it´s not good either but if you feel like getting angry while being charmed by Cutie Lee then its definitely worth a watch (and if you get to board, just skip ahead).

Confusing but impressive and more twists then the twist
This drama is a bit confusing, when I finally thought I might start understanding something a new twist came along and threw me off completely. I happen to be a big fan of twist and turns so it was defenetly my type of drama but I understand if is not everybodys cup of tea.The male lead did an amazing jobb portraying several characters. Hot and cold, sweet and mean... in a very handsome package.
Go Aras character was interesting and she did do a great jobb portraying a very special personality.
The second male lead was very sweet, and so were the rest of the cast. I wasn't annoyed att anyone, maybe could do without some of the children crying but I never really felt the urge to fast forward. The pace was ok but I'll admit this drama could probably have been shorter if they prioritized but att the same time looking back all had their role in this very complex multilevel drama.
The ending was defenetly one of the more intersesting ways to wrap it upp and was very unpredictable witch I see as a big plus.
So all in all if you like complicated dramas, like Go Ara and a handsome lead this is definitely one for you. Oh and you should not care to much about the details making sence.

Sweet, easy to watch loveable side caracters. I'ts good but not great
Kim Seul Gi was great as second lead. This drama is nothing special really but does have some nice moments and loveable caracters. The plot has its ups and downs. Some of the humor was a bit low and almost embarrassing. The leads acting wasn't always good and the cemestery between the main leads wasn't so good. However the second couples chemistry and the side caracters acting made upp for not so great leads. That said the main story was mostly good, sweet and unnecessarily complicated with several known drama trophs.
Another + was how the show tackeld coming out as gay and hardships that can come allong with it as well as homofobia and internalized homofobia.
So definitely worth watching but not something I recommend if you are looking for a masterpiece.

A Humorus series that dears to challenge the notion of the good mother
I don't remember when I laughed this much in a drama. It has allot of dark humor and shows several aspects in the process of becomming a mother. The fear, the stigmatisation of the working mother and the feeling that society seems to forget to stigmatise (and for that matter involve) the father.I loved how they showed the moralisarion of mothers who seem to loose what little digaty and right to their body the second their pregnancy shows. I really just wanted to yell att eaverybody to just let the protagonist have her d** coffe.
The effekts, lighting and small sketches in this series are amazing and really inhance the emotions trying to be convayed.
There was one character that annoyed me kept on interperting babies emotions with an annoying voice. Her caracter really added to presshure put on mothers but I found my self annoyed att her and wanting to tell her to shut up and let the mom have a chance. But I loved the rest of the caracters, there was not a singel caracter that was flat, all got to evolve without changing their core personalaties. The same with paranthood, the series showed a veriety of ways to love your child. A veriety of ways of being and becoming a parant. Not all joyfull, but presented in a very humoros way.
I'm a succer for series that dere talk about what actually makes a good parent whilecaccnoladging that bad parents exist, this series gave me that too ;)
The verity of human relations in the series astonished me. So many in such a short series. It really has it all from bromance thrue romance to girls sticking upp for each other, to girls making life hell for each other, coliguaul relations and fighting to hit the topp.
Im missing the LGBTQIA parents in the veriety, and there are a few scenes that ruind the my ability to completely connect with one of the moms and kind of ruined the emotional flow of those scenes.
All in all I really recommend this series, but would not want to stay att a birthcare center. Do these really exsist?

My heart broke over and over again
This is a really short and powefull drama.
I loved Lee Jung Suk and Shin Hye Suns acting they portrayed so many emotions, cold, warmig upp, hot, love, dispsir, joy... I could really se how both soles slowly died during the drama. And how desperat they where both for each other and for their freedom.
Lee Jung Suks reading poetry made my heart melt and the almost kiss was probably the hottest scene I have seen in a drama.
They where really stuck, and well it's a true story, but I feel the need to remind you that collective suiside is not a preferable sullution. There was probably not very much help in the 1920s but there is in the 2020s.

Pedofile Busters
When theres a sexoffender in the neighbourhood, who you gonna call, Pedo busters...An action filled movie that goes beyond the individual secoffender and shows it in a larger context, While I am not really sure of how close this actually is to reality and I am pretty sure peoples abiltay to heal in this is extraudanary. The pacing, and flow of the story where pretty good. Acting is top as they casted Koreas A list actors even for the minor roles.
The villains are trulley evil... probably as evil as it gets. The good guys are chamring, fun a cross between ghost busters and armageddon type of crew... Saving the world from pedofiles and sexoffenders.
I want to say that it is an easy movie to watch, but at the same time the issue in hand is pretty dark so I am conflicted about what to say about it... But I guess just like a spoon full of sugar makes the medicin go down ... an oppa and a dose of freindship can make the darkest story go down...in true korean style but without the slapstick....
Ps, there are no annoying over the top characters in this, so if you are in the mood for some darkness, evil and blood this is not a bad place to find it.

When the Phone rongs, anything can happen
This is one of those dramas that is more or less guaranteed to keep you on your toes, give you butterflies in your stomach and make your head spin from all the theories about who, is who, why and what will happen next.Or at least for the first 11 episodes or so, the last episode however kind of flopped and failed to live up to my expectations, offering a bit to much cringe and unnecessary stuff.
A bit of a mix of John MclCain in Die Hard 3 meets all that we love in k-dramas. Suits, great chemistry, corruption, mistery, murder, contract marriage... ohand sign language.
A great binge, just make sure to take small breaks to work on your theories between episodes. While some of the twist caught me by surprise others did not...
A strong 8,5 that could have been a 9 or a 10 for the first half but started ruling a bit down hill towards the end.
P.s I watched it with my husband, he loved it too.

Everybody loves Yumi... including Yumi
This drama has some reallay nice scenes, some sweet romance here and there and a guy who seems to be just a little bit to perfect to be true... And probably is not quite as perfect as he seems. There are a bunch of highly annoying characters some highly lovable characters but mostly a bunch who seem to act as fillers here and there.. there to make us wonder, keep us insecure and keep us guessing... However at one point it goes over bord and just becomes meeh...
The cells have been upgraded from season one, but the conflict and passion has been highly reduced and this season could easily have taken 8 episodes to complete if it weren't for the unnecessary fillers and conflicts here and there that made me like Yumi just a little bit less.
All that said, I do not regret watching this and will probably watch next season as well... if there is one.

So much good but yet so draggy... and cringe.
A drama that could have been so good but managed to become draggy and meeh even though it only had 12 episodes. The best part about this drama is the combination of its cast reuniting some of my beloved actors/actresses from dramas I have loved before.
Im Se Mi, Mun Ka Young and a flash of Oh Eui Shik from True Beauty an d Son Sang Yeon and Choi Hyun Wook from Racket Boys. Was a true pleasure to watch and honestly sp where the rest of the side characters. Interesting, fun no one was to muc over the top and the only yelling and over the top mimics where preformed by Mun Ka Young.
¨
The story had a lot of pottental a lovable cliche with a twist and a really cool bad ass female lead that has worked hard and refuses to bow down to oppressors... With an I don't care if Im poor or a woman, I have worked hard and so should you type of attitude a true super woman who can fix anything and do anything... However she also has this awkwerd bad lier aura that had me rolling my eyes one to many times.
Our male lead is a adorable, bubbly and cold, rich, sweet but also slightly pathetic... at times in a good way but other times he just feels off.
The twists where rushed yet still felt draggy, the monologs where not only repetitive but seemed to never end.... And though I wanted to give Im Se Mi a 10 for being all round fun to watch I just could not overlook the rest.
However it is an okay binge, there is a lot of good in it and and sweet, cool moments in more or lesss every corner. Just mind the draggy parts and the cringe in the second half of the drama and you should be fine.
