With the new episodes 19 and 20, I can make sense of what is going on in the wine pouring homage scene by the river in the music video. I had to pause frame by frame to make sure the whole squad was there and they were. 😅

I took this dialogue as both willing to compromise to be with the other:

"In this vast world, there is only one Ren Ruyi."

"In this vast world, there is only one Ning Yuanzhou."

After episode 20, I wonder if they'll just be like, let's be together and take one day at a time. It's not too late to make plans after they live through the mission.

On a side note, if LTG helps, you'll think the plan is a done deal. I think the King of An (or someone) is going to throw a money wrench or two (or three) at them.

Possibly. I made the decision to binge watch all this week's eps at end of week. Then scratch them a minute later. Have to watch as they are released. Can't. Wait. At. All. 😅

I've rewatched to ep 15 and now rewarching 19 and 20 again. 😅 Staying away from from all teasers for the next few days but no guaranteed when it's 3 days off.

To LYN's credit, he gave off a mature vibe that's befitting of NYZ's character. I doubt some of these actors can give off that vibe. Being tall helps him with the tall imposing look when he gets angry or fierce.

Like bending down to talk to Zhao Ji and LTG. Him slowly bending down gave him great presence already, in those scenes.

Wei Shao in POB is going to hit differently from NYZ. Hence I think NYZ is the best of LYN's ML roles to leave a lasting impression and I'm glad it's the first to be out. NYZ is sweet, smart, charismatic and understanding so it leaves a better first impression for audiences. It helps that NYZ is so likeable as a whole.

If POB gets release, I'm watching too.

This. I get that everyone has different tastes and might not appeal to them but calling someone who's certainly not ugly ugly baffles me.

It's OK though. They can go watch their handsome actors. We shouldn't force ourselves to watch something we don't like and just keep attacking the actors. Too much time and energy wasted.

They didn't want us to forget that Ruyi is an accomplished assassin. Just because she's been around the clowns for a while. And she proved that.

I am past halfway for that drama and wu lei is attractive. But NYZ just tugs at my heartstring differently. ❤️❤️

I also wanted to add - I believe NYZ wanted Ruyi to leave the delegation before because his poison was acting up and he was afraid he may not be able to protect her or the delegation. He did feel she didn't need to sacrifice her life, even if she was helping them. It wasn't right for him to tell her to leave, but I know where he was coming from.

This drama should also be tagged "horror" because I nearly screamed when YSS's hat started raising up on the windowsill! NYZ was with me because he choked on his tea! We both forgot YSS is a busy body. 😂

I love love NYZ and RY! The crying scene by the tree, LSS was great but I can't stop looking at LYN. He was beautiful! 😍 His apology, his words, his eyes and his silent tears. Even his throwing up blood! He manages to convey his emotions and still be so manly about it.

I feel like he was apologizing for before and maybe, for not being able to be with her after since he (thought he) was dying.

They are more modern than modern people! Truly a couple that transcend time. ❤️❤️

LTG - I have hopes for him yet. I believe he will come around and help them. When he really thinks about it, he should just be happy his master is alive and also wish for her happiness. The wedding arc - it looks like Ruyi might be participating in it with LTG? Is there a plan behind it? And how would NYZ take her away, without a physical fight? It would be great if LTG realizes and let them go willingly. I wish for him to come to his senses soon. I don't hate him (yet) as I think he cna be a huge advantage to the group.

People keep wanting them to get to An quickly, but that is where the drama is going to be more bloodied. This is a JOURNEY. Meaning things will happen along the way. Let's just follow along and enjoy the camaraderie before they can't even joke anymore. I know I need to brace myself for some serious heartache once they arrived.

I'm thinking maybe he'll save them from death or sacrifice himself to get them out of a certain deadly situation and thus, they named the baby after him.

After watching everything I can find, I have come to that conclusion too, in the last 2 days. It remains to be seen if our other main leads will make it to the end.

I still want to believe that scene of them holding hands and riding horses is the ending.

I don't know about you guys, but it worries me when certain people are not shown from the big fight(s). And then you have the flashback to happier times. Hope I'm just freaking myself out. I know it's to be expected but it's gonna be sad.
