Anywho, loving this so far! Although I really dislike how arrogant Jin Woo is, the story is definitely keeping me aboard.

Well this was a hot pile of trash. I only watched for YSH, but even he was terrible in this. Everyone's acting was beyond terrible, the filming and directing screamed amateur, and the plot was illogical.

Only watch this if you want to laugh at how bad it is.

Honestly I'm surprised they aren't abusing the time loop power more.

Episode 1 was entertaining and drew me in; that's all that matters for now. Even if I don't particularly like the main characters, there's many eps for development and growth.

Reply 88 was hyped from its predecessors; it was bound to be watched given the success of 97 and 94. It wasn't promoted as much or had as much funding, but the anticipation was definitely there.

The synopsis has almost nothing to do with what's actually taking place in this drama lol. It's much more political.

Beautiful first ep. LJS and SHS are amazing together. SHS needs more leads roles!!! I'm glad she's finally rising in as an actor; that last scene was so powerful; her emotions conveyed so transparently.

The cinematography was beautiful. Drama incorporates Japanese in very well (not poorly done like with English actors), and I'm quite surprised how decently fluent the cast is at speaking Japanese. The setting felt well done as well.

For some reason, I have a looming suspicion that someone in their play backstabbed them.

I hope ep 1 is going to be the only ep with so much Engrish. The actors kdramas hire for those roles are always so unnatural, it's painful to watch/listen
