Youku has it tentatively scheduled for 2025 and it's probably realistic considering we are a day away from June.

It's not just post production, it's that after that the drama has to pass the review in order to get the broadcasting licence. That will go faster if it is really scheduled for CCTV but still I would be surprised if it showed up before the spring festival at least (very end of January).
