Okay now I've been out of the crazy-Vincenzo headspace for about a month, (by the way, finally! For some reason…
I somehow feel bittersweet. If I look back at the conversation we had while the episodes were airing, damn it was chaotic with every scene analysed every detail put forward and the Assumptions!! Yepp the flaws are definite there bt still the hype of this drama is unmatched. Wishing to have the "crazy energy" again for some new drama. Def been a good journey!♥️
A lot of people seem to be criticizing this drama for the slow-burn romance, but at the end of the day YAMG presents…
I agree with you. Bt, most ppl have not read the novel and jst watched the trailer. The trailer portrayed the drama to be all fluff and sweet. Thus, the viewers expecting and awaiting for those scenes.
Yang Yang can not act, I'm sorry, but he is a TV model only... Dilraba is pretty good in versality!
Absolutely agree with you.. After seeing all 12 episodes, Dilreba nailed her role. I had a lot of expectations since the novel says clearly that "Yutu" is written for Yang. Bt somehow onscreen i felt he could have done a lot better job. Since, I have been smitten by him in love o2o bt there he prefectly fitted with those expression becoz the character was also prefect. Bt here when the character is struggling I wish the portrayal to pull my heartstrings with his problem like in the novel...
Can you tell me which episode you are?If I know episode number then I might explain it well .
Well the problem is that he had always been the over-achiever in his high school years. So naturally the society expect you to reach some grt position, earn high salary and live lavishly. He has interest in aeronautics. Though it gives you respect it pays you bt not as well if compared to a worker in MNC. The incident shown in his family where his mother was hospitalized made him realise that even after being skilled and able he can't provide financial stability. Thus, he is crushed that in his 30's he needs to change to a job that provides him well and leave his dream career. So, they are showing the delimma in his mind and how ppl around you react if you are someone facing this problem
Fun to see characters that aren’t fantastical perfect caricatures with minuscule flaws, but realism doesn’t…
Hii!! How are you?? Yep! The theme they are going for is definitely realism. Bt the way of telling this story is so unrealistic and yet so intriguing. I never thought a drama could captures these emotions, situations without exaggerating bt still leaving a mark. They captured it so perfectly, the thought that "he is gonna change".. you want to believe that he will change. I even like the way "butterfly" and "flower" is interpreted here! The cinematography of this drama is beautiful. I really admire the director. The way they are telling this story... The bgm is so soft, so delicate and so lovely..
Hey! I have a question.. What is with the pot that the deity keeps near her... Do you feel that has a big role to play in the story or jst a mystery element to keep us curious....???
Unfortunately for me the girl and her first love are both so immature. I understand bt at the same time I am irritated by her actions. I like the stoic demeanor of Joo Ik, his calm way of dealing with everything bt at the same time I feel she doesn't deserve him. Still, if I have too choose becoz Joo Ik has feeling for her, I want him to get her love...
For me thats why a weekly drama is meant to be watched ongoing, you'll never get the same vibes if you binge watched…
Woah!. I watched this drama when it was ongoing and at that point on MDL every person watching used to desperately wait and felt that they should have started after it was finished including me.. the wait was frustrating especially after ep 16. So, I was quite jealous of ppl watching after whole ep released. Bt seeing not jst yours bt other comments too.. I don't know what to say!!haha(ʘᴗʘ✿)
Can someone tell me why doom at your service isn't doing well in South Korea and always hitting the rock bottom…
Even I was shocked with the tv ratings but apparently this show is doing well on TVN app and naver.. It is top watched. It's jst that the time slot is a problem and thus the TV ratings are facing a downfall. Coming to watch part.. It is worthy of you are a fan of cinematic visuals and creative camera work. Also, actors have done their work well. I didn't find much glitch in the plot that will distract me bt I get the other viewers viewpoint too. In all give it 4 ep by then you can aptly judge whether to continue or not. DEFINITELY WORTH A TRY!!
Whatt!!! This review is written so before bt the accuracy.. My god, that too for a Drama that was showcasing itself to be unpredictable and the writer-director both are considered ace. Guts man! The risk you took. Wow!! You are amazing. After reading your review which is truly brutal and quite straightforward, while reading I thought this is gonna rile up ppl like anything, which is what has happened. But you are fantastic. Each comment is answered precisly, properly. I admire your sincere unapologetic self. And do tell me frm where did you find the time machine, since I had a lot of expectations frm this drama.. But, It was OKay!!
This review does stand out for me. Awesome! From the start "Wasted potential" Exactly. And then abt comedy and intense drama not mixing up is also very accurate. Actually for me even in the first ep the intro of tenants felt more weird than laughing at. Also as you said Hon Chayoung and the villian both deserved better. In all VERY WELL WRITTEN review!
