and i truly appreciate how well-written hong chayoung as a character is. the epitome of strong woman. she's truly…
Adding to that JYB did that role fantastically!! Till last her presence on screen was something I looked forward too. Also I came here knowing Song joong ki bt left as a fan of JYB. She was so goood!!
the last episode felt weird. The transition from the previous episode to the last was kinda rough. It went from…
I think the problem is the characters lack emotional depth. They are depicting death of person and then the person moves on so easily. Not jst for Han SEO even other characters as well Like in the next shot they are all calm, relaxed that it feels Have they forgotten? Also it sends a wrng msg that they don't Care!
Kwan Dong Yeon should get a male lead role for his next drama. He's an amazing actor.
Definitely!! Even the last scene he had with Vincenzo while eating and his last line "Becoz I am fool, I put tracker in all of his watches". Omg!! The expressions on his face while saying that.. Too good!
I kind of felt sorry for Han Seung Hyuk. Of course he was bad but he didn't deserve to die. No one seemed to really…
Well, becoz he wasn't loyal to anyone. He was selfish from the start and could have betrayed anyone. If you remember Ms Choi warned him when he insigate Han SEO to kill Han seok. Here, the msg frm his character is either you do things openly and take responsibility for it. You can't jst make fool of ppl and get away with it easily!
The ending felt a bit flat and rushed tbh. I feel like this show's peak was in the middle and then it started…
Totally agree with you! The storyline was new, interesting and creative bt the treatment, especially the last 4 episodes. Also, I felt their were a lot of flaws on the writing side..
I have so much to talk abt this ep. Some postive, some confusing and some I thoroughly disliked. Yes, Chayoung and vincenzo got some scenes bt nothing to what I was expecting, the actions speak bt at ep 19 you need words. The development of romance is jst not right and seeing ep 20 preview, not much hope..Ahhh!! That chemistry deserved more. Since ppl have already picked on the ending ravishly and said everything my heart wanted to say I will leave that. Jan seok did redeem himself and I started to fear him frm the kidnapping to barging in Han SEO's office bt then his actions were more stupid and dumb considering he is cold-hearted, educated, physco villian. Ms Choi did play a smart move though and since her character was so evil I didn't expect her to be this loyal.. I tend to write long when expressing!!
The scene where Han seok points gun at Han Seo and says "I need to kill you, hope you understand" and SEO saying " it had to be my fate, so I accept it". And a tear falling down. This whole scene gave me goosebumps! The way Han Seo portrayed it. Ahh!! My heart had so much empathy and sympathy for him at that moment..
In that intense scene, Jan Han seok Slapping Chayoung was the point that I literally shivered. I jst wanted him to die at that moment. Also when Vincenzo went down on his knees was jst heartbreaking. That simple gesture had so much depth!!
He is an Italian mafia in Korea. The change of place matters. Brutality and extreme violence is not something Korean censorship approves of. Like their needs to be a limit. Also, here the ppl surrounding him consists of innocents too with sensitive heart. Again you need to consider this is a Drama consisting of 20 ep, so they need to take it to the last for the audience to be engaged. I think we need to credit that the writers came up with a fresh concept in kdrama and a lot of scenes with grt cinematic experience.
im a bit confused what are they tryna do (Vincenzo) lm only on ep 2 no spoilers, or do i have to watch a bit more…
You need to watch till 4th-5th episode to get the picture clear. Bt in the ep 1 it shows that he is in Korea to get the Gold out. Bt the gold is buried inside the Guemga plaza and ppl are living. Also, Babel grp has illegally got its hand on that building. So he wants the building back and wants the tenants to vacate it.
Hi! Can somebody tell me is this on a sad, melodramatic tone or tense, suspense show. From the comments I could get the show is good bt couldn't get much what it is basically about? Is the romance really slow?. I am a fan of Dilraba bt not so much of Historical dramas. Is the show slow and draggy?
Like in the next shot they are all calm, relaxed that it feels Have they forgotten? Also it sends a wrng msg that they don't Care!
