He is protecting her becoz he has feelings for her. On the contrary Deok Im till ep 7 jst saw him as A crown prince she is bound to serve and be loyal. She is a free-spirited character. For her what she feels, her heart is her to control. That scene is the most realistic depiction of that era. Also, he was angry and full of jealously.If you observe he first touches her softly and then uses brief force to assert his dominance and also to make her look in his eyes and see " who is actually in control". Reminding the fact that even if she doesn't want to do something in future he can still make her do that if he wants to!

Ahh! After watching the end of 4 episodes I feel the coming episodes will be melo-packed. There is so much potential for others to do wrong against them after Crown prince has saved the girl twice. The whole palace is gonna eat her alive! Also, the girl needs to be way more clever and attentive. The interfering of Crown prince makes the matter worse. As a court lady, her every wrong move equates to losing her life.

Yes, the episode focused on her character and she played each scene well. So much happening in each moment and how she was facing those situations, her actions and then her contradicting expressions to show her true desire. Jst wow!
That Hwang chi sook, though the actress has done a good work. My god! She is irritating. Such a self-centered character. Each time she is onscreen I feel a tingling in my nerves! Hopefully Ms Ha will someday show her, her actual worth.
The ending was so on point of ep 4. Ahh!! So beautiful. The words, the emotions. Jst too good. The way they have woven the story and the way they are showing the story, till now like every flashback has its importance. Well done! I jst hope they don't slow down the pace in the coming episodes 🤞
Oh my god!! Finally she cried.. I was thinking from the past 3 episodes the situations she was facing and the way she was coping, it felt she has a heart of steel. Even when she heard of YSW's death, no tears. Bt then that scene in the dumpling place was so impactful. That scene not only showed the emotional aspect bt also made us realise of human nature to find a person that will understand those emotions. Hence of all the places to cry she chose the dumpling shop.

I have absolutely no issue with the couple, their portrayal of their respective characters or cinematography. Everyone has done their work well. I was really Really excited for this one. Bt, it was so tame. Thus, a bit annoyed. I understand u explained abt the censorship part also a bit more clearly. I am still enjoying this drama. I never questioned nor questioning their Chemistry.
