I am jst too heartbroken by the fact that they started the ep 17 with the death of CP munhyo that is so cruel yaaa😭😭😭😭

After constant rejection of her apology letters. So she wrote one in a beautiful paper to appease the CP

I think nobody would dare to complain after watching ep 16-17. They clearly showed us why she was correct all along. When we see ep 13-15 we see a King getting down to confess his feelings every moment he gets, listens to her rejection and then ask again. The whole way it was shown we could see the purity of his affection, his frustration and helplessness. It's a pity for a man of such high position couldn't even get one person he truely loves for such a long time to make her own. Bt ep 16-17 gave us a clear answer that a bird who has seen clear sky, can't survive in a cage. It can't find happiness in those four walls even if it's master loves it dearly, provides it the best of the world. That bird will always crave to open her wings as wide as it can and fly as far as it can.

I truely appreciate the sincerity of this review. Also, I am impressed by how expressive, atriculate and well versed it is. This a befitting review for "THE SAEGUK OF THIS YEAR"

Also the aspect that he knows full well what Actually is a Punishment for her and the dialogue ending with "Now you are scared of me?!". Woah!! Even I was shaking

I think it totally depends on who the king is and what is his patience level. Whether the consent aspect even matters to him or not

I so hope not that they follow book here. I am thinking the tailing part is because she was investigating the disappearance of Kyunghee. If they follow book we are bound to witness a lot of time lapse and rushed scenes😭

She didn't get anything bt she had no reason to refuse the Queen. She did offer Deok Im the position and she rejected. As, a concubine is a must to secure the lineage. Deok Ro's sister is a Powerful candidate and belonged to the Hong clan.

Hopefully as a punishment in ep 14 they are not following the novel and making her leave the palace. We are done with ep 13 and no hint that she will be a concubine. If they follow the novel it is sure that they will show time lapse as there is Deok ro downfall to be covered. I wish for a moment in ep 14 that touch Deok Im heart enough to make him accept the offer. We have come so far I don't wish to see her being forced to become a concubine . The audience deserves the love they had for each other in history to be expressed onscreen too. Your Highness! Pls grant our wish.

The actress is meant for the role of The Queen Dowager. Every movement of her's is filled with elegance and grace. In her soft tone she told every word that she wanted the king to hear. I am in awe with that character.
