No need to worry. I watched this 4 years ago, but from what I remember, ML ends up kissing her when he was still a teen, and she recognises him. She also ends up with him and he turns back into an adult. Wi Ja Hoon's character also likes her but I think she rejects him. I don't remember much else so I'm planning to rewatch. He also joins his kid's school and begins to interact with them and see who they truly are etc.

You're so lucky, you have so many kdramas you can watch. After watching over 300 not many good ones to pick from ;/

I dropped something in the rain too, but only cause I really dislike dramas where the couple's worst nightmare are their disagreeing parents.

For anyone wondering, they end up together in the beginning of the last episode. I personally think they spent too much time on keeping Ji Hyun with Kyung Min when she clearly wasn't interested in him and Su Jin was also lurking around for too long. Otherwise, it was a fun watch. 8.5/10
