I'm guessing its because he's the good looking one. Too many people judge kdramas on how the leads look too, and decide based on how they look if they should watch it or not. One example is the kdrama, That Fool.

Hwang Ji-Young and Seo Woo-Jin

Some things you should know. Sun Jae and Ji Young are dating in the beginning but break up. Dan Poong is dating Hyun Woo for a while before dating Baek Ho. Dal Hyun is divorced from Mi Ae who he wants to get back with till he meets Sonya. Them three have the most solid divorced couple family unit . Woo Jin also doesnt appear until pretty late into the drama too.
