simple: that's what option was chosen most.
in order, ratings by most votes: 7, 8, 6, 9, 5, 10.

complex: high quality things are not always popular, & vice-versa. also, many ppl have difficulties scoring things on substance alone & will settle for middle ratings to be most fair, especially in comparison to other favorites, etc. ^-^

After gangsters destroyed the animal shelter where SJ'd been living for three years when its owner took him in off the streets, an attack in which it was implied caused the owner's death, he was very hurt as she was like a second mother to him, so he had then attempted revenge on them, but got in trouble instead.

Grandpa worked as a volunteer baking teacher for the prison system, & then SJ grew attached to him, so when SJ was released & tried to go straight but failed due to being rejected by St Honore for employment, Grandpa felt bad & took him in instead of letting him do smth that would get himself locked up again.

Hee, yeah I was mentally rewriting all the wonkiness, but these canon moments brought endless squee: JiHoo draws JunPyo, JanDi helps; JanDi makes JunPyo-cookies, JiHoo gets first bite; JiHoo makes a JanDi snowperson, which JunPyo tosses snowballs at; JunPyo then makes JanDi-cookies.. now imagine the 3 of them next making pancakes together & decorating them to look like each other, buahaha too cuute!! <3

I had the same issue with AbsoluteBf, but in reverse! The pg for AB on here says "13" but yet both DramaFever & Hulu have it streaming in 20x 45mn eps.. lol. Tried to edit it but was told "13 is the original airing format" & so I just left a cmt explaining instead for anyone who might come across it on those apps. ^-^
