pretty sure they will... but to be fair, it is always not so easy, as lets say two people have a date in apartment, they both drink... very hard to prove and determine it was rape... always believe the victim of course, but some women do lie about it (revenge etc) or both were drunk that it cant be certain what happened... this is obviously not the case and I am not defending rapists at all, I am just saying that there must be prove/truly reliable statement
