They are 17 if I am not wrong, it's 19 in Korean age. I think. I mean, BL wouldn't make sense with the story in the drama at all, especially as the gangster stayed in the body at the end, they could've make the ML gay and thus the reason for bullying, yeah, but once again, as he decided not to live at the end, it wouldn't be a great massage. So fairly, it was probably a good decision.
