random thought, but since the killer in prison is clearly the prosecutor actor, is it possible that he dies later on, so this is the way of ML feeling guilt, as the prosecutor likely redeems himself, based on episode 4? if the killer is someone we already know, right now I actually think it could be the rookie cop helping the ML, I know he was there when another woman was attacted in the fields with ML but... maybe it was a copycat, as in not the actual serial killer?

pretty sure the killer in prison is the prosecutor actor based on voice and all... but that doesn't really make sense with the different name and mainly since the ML doesnt know him, so there is a twist or he simply changed his name... but I think they really just used the actor for these scenes till the final as in to represent the story between them during the case... if you get me... but like I said before, the identity of killer is likely not important as this is based on real case, so... some of you dont focus too much on the who
