after he lived as his mom for 32 years and she (he) died of old age, the Death gave him chance to go back in time to moment before he committed suicide, and in my understanding the villain won't get to kill those people, so the future changes - most likely

My prediction for ending: He will go back in time, and as majority of deaths were caused by that male villain, as he will take him down, those people won't die and everyone will live. I would like that kind of end. In webtoon, it was kinda too open.
