that is not America style, lmao... it is melodrama after all, of course it wont be all bright, stick to Chinese dramas then, bright but for most part horrible acting and censored cheesiness... some Chinese dramas and actors are surely great, but... no match to Korean drama and movie industry...

the deaths were only implied... not to mention that this was implied in previous seasons sometimes too - for example the second case of season 2 when the man who used the elderly people stepped on a mine or the doctor, as we didn't see what he did to her... in this season - first case: no death, second case: only implied, third case: it would make sense, it would be hard to prove he was the murderer and they would be in danger, this case - he didn't want her to die, the one he crashed into wasnt different than the policeman from first case of season 1 and the producer was not killed by them...
