Once you reach adulthood your vocal cords are set in a certain way that makes it extraordinarily difficult to make certain sounds. For a Korean that's 3 times as hard to begin with, even if Shin Hye Sun is the smartest most talented person on Earth, I'm a wee bit skeptical about this part, because I feel this is at the extreme limit of human ability. (I suppose still possible, but a very small subset of ppl can do it without spending at least months practicing)
Ok but the highlight of this episode is pretty much shin hye sun speaking in Arabic (probably egyption dialect)…

After just 4 eps it's more than early to say that.
Looking at your profile, your taste is quite a distance away from this genre, so it's not that surprising that you feel this way.
