So am I the only one that isn't feeling it? I find it hard to believe that there isn't someone else with some…
I agree with the lack of a nostalgia vibe. Everyone is using modern/perfect beauty products AND there is just so much saturation, it's blinding. (I only saw Ep1 so far)
I have very little trust in the writer, I hope she can prove me wrong, the first 4 episodes despite all the red flags were quite fun. (I have seen multiple dramas written by her & I only liked one of them & even that one had some substantial BS near the end)
I'm only watching the first episode, but it's not looking good. Yoon Park as the second ML is never a good sign & it seems pretty unlikely that she would not end up going to Switzerland for that sweet 2 year separation, those are the BEST. (let's hope this comment will age like milk)
For me, it's far better than rainless love. Even though i like rainless love but not this much. (I can't actually…
The entire Liu Ga gang & their actions are just really really stupid, that's I guess a big part that contributes to sloppy writing, but the sequencing is a bit strange as well, we've gotten what? 14 episodes of average high school romance with all the problems that nearly all cdrama high school romances suffer from. Plus ofc the elephant in the room, ML is basically FL's stalker, though I have to say I still not watched the last 4 episodes, will be doing that later today. Let's not even talk about the ridiculous childhood connection..
Some tidbits: -fireworks in a freaking Zoo -Mai Zi's characterization is strange and inconsistent -Kidnapping children talent scout plot gawd -FL worrying about carrier goals after Gaokao, how does that make sense? -Sure the tearing up of the answer sheet had no plot relevance, but dear God! -Second ML is the same as the one in Extraordinary You, horrible horrible useless character -FL found the paperplane after what 10 years? She sure rarely cleans her room. ....
Don't misunderstand, I don't hate this or anything, but at this point in time I would probably rate it in the 7-8 range depending on what happens in the final episodes. -
I haven't watched it does it have a happy ending? Does she end up with her dead boyfriend?
"I haven't watched it does it have a happy ending?" With the extra scene it's similar, but slightly better than Goblin's ending. The "happy" part is one of those 2 minute types, but the events that happened before it are not nearly as sad as in Goblin. It's a brilliant drama & I'm saying this as a sad ending hater myself. "Does she end up with her dead boyfriend?" This is REALLY not the drama you should look up spoilers for. The end result is good, but lots of things in the drama are not as they seem.
For me the most important question is about the cassette, what is going to be "The Song"? (and I'm only half kidding) Is there a hidden kpop gem from 1998 that matches up against Wu Bai's Last Dance?
the cast doesn't fit at all ..... my opinion, don't come at me... i love these actors but they just don't fit,…
Jeon Yeo Been played an almost identical character in Be Melodramatic. (missing dead boyfriend etc) I think she will be the least of the problems with this remake.
If someone can give me answers it would be great haha
That part is probably intentionally ambiguous. I'm guessing the glass catcher was Kakarayan saying goodbye (his clothing indicates that), but it's open to interpretation.
I enjoyed many dramas but this drama is forever special to me. I don't think I'll find anything better than this,…
Someday or One Day has been recommended already, I just want to point out that in my opinion that drama is better than this one, more than just a little, although the genre is different.
They technically banned supernatural stuff from appearing on screen esp. in modern day dramas, so I'm curious…
That's a given already, in every cdrama policemen are competent angels. That shouldn't be it, otherwise it would be very easy to just put police in everything.
