Best episode yet. It may have been a tragic episode, but it drives the plot for Zang hai's revenge and I'm here for it. This drama isn't lighthearted in the slightest and isn't usually my cup of tea but dramas like this change that. It is doing so well with the lack of romance and comedy and I'm here for the scheming and plotting. It's different and unique in many ways.

It's the little things that they do that mean everything. They both have this silent love for each other that is loud. Ironic, I know. Just little touches, ironing clothes and the small smiles. They are becoming so comfortable around each other. The new characters added to the end of the episode; the wives of naval officers are intriguing. I can't wait to see what lies ahead for the future of this couple especially in this time period.

They've become so much closer compared to episode one. It feels like the two are falling for each other even more, willing to show more affection. We also see some jealously done right. I want to see more of their honeymoon phase.

It's hard to watch a drama where the couple is already together from the first episode, but this is different. They highlighted just how naive and timid the FL and ML is. I can't imagine a time before cell phones and media and not knowing what happens in a marriage. It seems realistic enough. I can't wait to see more exploration of their marital life. So far, they have done astoundingly well, just holding hands and calling each other's name albeit fearful beautifully captured the feeling of love blossoming. The chemistry is wow; the actors are doing a great job. I'm also glad that the drama shows their thoughts and words. It highlights the difference in what they mean and how they perceive what is said to them. This is just lighthearted and a smooth watch being done right.
