Oh this drama is dark and gritty. I did not expect this from cheng yi. I can tell this drama is going to be successful, first four eps and loving it so far

I think it's bc of the negative press it has been getting recently and the misunderstanding trope not being a popular trope anymore

Only 4 eps in and I love bao bao, she is such a funny character. Her dynamic with other characters is fun to watch.

Can someone update me when the misunderstanding plot is solved? Want to watch but not suffer through the misunderstanding

Really enjoyed how the FLs were treated in this drama, comparing it to BR and DY. Esp to see them not as just pretty accessories but characters that got depth. Can see why this drama is so loved, really deserves a 10/10

Came to watch bc of peng xiao ran, stayed cause the storyline is actually good, but damn how is she a main role when i've seen her in like 3 eps out of 14.

I'm only about 2 mins in ep 1 and the sound of the boots is killing me , I can't take it seriously ahahaha

Can I still watch this without watching the previous two seasons? Will I be lost if I don't?

This drama was something I don't usually watch (I'm more in the romance tags). There was minimal romance here but the brotherhood slayed away. I loved Cheng Yis character. To me this drama was so freaking good. The way it ended even though sad, made me feel as though it was the way to end things.

The visuals in this drama are really good, every look is a slay and a half. This story seems to be the journey on the way to the end type of drama, as in the ending is not really important as the stories that lead up to it, kind of thing. That is what I am getting.

I am a certified hater, like there is no way the alliance can be this dumb no? Like they really just believe anything that sprouts from the villains mouth? Like??? Also the ml dad, are you being so fr rn? Like this man ( the evil dude btw) is considered a bad guy from even your time and you are just letting him get away with everything? Why does your son suffer from everything and you do not do anything about it? Like bestie, you yourself are getting hurt to? Why is everybody deaf, blind and mute when it comes to obvious evilness of the villain? Like in the scene where he was torturing the fl, we going to ignore everything she is saying and only listen to the one thing that he is basically torturing her to say? LIKEEEEE?????? If everything she is saying is lies, then why believe her at all about what she confesses? Like this alliance thing has so many flaws, that I really am just astounded. If this is how it is supposed to be then ok.

I miss the casting of this drama, this was so peak when it released. Like the visuals? The cinematography? Consider me obsessed.

I came back to show love for this drama, how in love I am even though it has been years. To date, it is the only drama that I have rewatched.
