Once again, that is your personal preference and arbitrary rule you've set for yourself. Does not mean that the rest of the world that is in a healthy and loving relationship with an age gap is engaging in "creepy" and "frown worthy" behavior-- that is all your personal individual preference.
How disrespectful and controlling of you to dictate whom others should or should not fall in love with, with arbitrary rule you've set for yourself. Healthy relationships are healthy regardless of age gap, and unhealthy and toxic relationships are unhealthy and toxic regardless of the age gap.
Do you have data to back the claim that couples who are in love with people who are either older or younger than them (including older female/younger male couples) are only with their partners because they "want younger and less experienced" partners so they can take advantage of them? What about a wealth gap? Health gap? Good looks privilege gap? Height gap? Education gap? If we want to find inequality and imbalance in power in a relationship, we can find it anywhere.

Completely normal and healthy. Going back far back in human history. Also normal in the animal kingdom. If you have a preference for dating people your own age, you do you. You call her teenager, trying to make her sound like a child, instead of the adult she is at age 19, which is when the ML started seeing her as a romantic interest. 19 in almost all of the world is considered an adult. She is is an adult who has the agency to make decisions for herself, though you seem to want to infantilize women and strip us of our agency and right to make decisions for ourselves-- including choosing our own romantic interests.
This series doesn’t have the worst kiss (Love O2O gets that recognition), but this series… has such ugly kiss scenes.
I love slow burns. I don’t even mind the pace. I don’t even mind the uninspired script. But why go out of the way to make the kiss scenes so ugly if there are going to be a number of them?
Not to mention the way the FL is written is just really annoying. She’s constantly failing, pouting, about to cry and apologizing… and in need of rescuing. And I’m not sure I like the FL’s acting here either. I’ve watched her other dramas and loved her, but found her grating here.
I realize that I’m ranting but this is quickly turning into a pet peeve and one of the more frustrating female characters.
I love this drama so much, it’s constant giggling, kick your blanket kind of saccharine sweet drama— I loved the ML and the FL and their chemistry together. Also loved the FL’s family, especially her dynamic with her brother. Victor Ma is the MVP for me in this series.
The only thing I couldn’t stand was ZLS’s baby voice. WHYYY.
But overall, it’s a cute story and I highly recommend it to anyone and everyone.
