Gotcha, I wasn't like the kiss scenes is ALL I look out for, I thorough enjoyed up to ep10 with the built up relationship, but in the end, they use shoddy angles to make it appear like they did a passionate scene really raised an eyebrow. I'm definitely not convinced with that cheek peck. Feels like they think we're stupid and knowingly cheated with how the novel rolls. Acting 101, choose roles where she knows she'd do good at or take initiative to challenge oneself 100%, not just a half-baked effort with deceptive angles to lie to the audience OR just simply don't take it on the "romance" genre if she's not comfortable with these scenes. I think the director also has to play an integral part in it. As for the other person having their opinion, it's just how they see things, I don't take it to heart but I do feel they have to look at the whole picture and not just merely frustrated at others and deem them as "obsessed."

It's like acting 101. Why say you want to accept a drama if you're not putting in any effort to give it 100%? No offense, bad choice to choose an actress who doesn't do these scenes, this one is on the director.

Again, if this drama had a different FL, we'd be seeing an actual done right intimate scene that's more suited for a "passionate" love.

I totally hear you. I'm just interpreting how I see it. That it feels like the crew is cheating us with how they are portraying those supposed kiss scenes but allowing a pecking cheek kiss to slide through. I can't help but chuckle if this is the "passionate" love affair they want us to imagine. Again, not obsession, but how it relates to the novel which I read before watching this show so I came in with some expectations and unfortunately, it fell short. I will continue to watch but won't hold my breath that they will stop with the fake camera angles again.

It can go both ways, she could have looked at the script and not accept the project cause it has intimate scenes. She didn't reject it who knows why. It's probably her agency's problem or the director of the show too. I could care less if she was doing a horror or thriller action sci-fi show if they incorporate no intimate scenes but the premise of this show and if you read the novel, you'd know the details of why there is some sort of anticipation, not obsession, purely based on the genre and supposedly based on the book. Everyone has a different opinion of how to interpret this, to each their own, but I'll leave it at that.

I definitely feel she has the right to not do kisses if she doesn't feel comfortable. Question is more so why she even accepted a romance genre if she isn't comfortable? She could pick out another genre and excel at that too. But the issue is that she accepted this script knowing that this romance drama has potential intimate scenes, it's also very detailed written in the novel. Then the audience anticipates and she doesn't live up to those expectations so it becomes sort of like a disappointment. Even the title/synopsis they are selling is "passionate in love" or "passionate love affair." You can't just do fake scenes like that and think it looks convincing.

Yeah utter disappointment like what the heck was that lol. If only I hadn't already read the novel, I'd probably be ok with the fake kisses but the novel and the synopsis and even the title that says "passionate love" with those crucial parts left out.

Lol what the heck was that with the supposed kiss scenes, either a shadow of a kiss or the sun blocking it? I don't think it's the ML cause he did those scenes before. I guess it's true that the FL doesn't do kiss scenes in her drama. I thought this might be her breakout drama where she will does one. It looks so half baked and unrealistic after all that tension built up which left short. No offense though, why bother signing up for a rom-com without these parts left out? Part of me thinks that they should have gone with an actress that is willing to portray the character better?

I also understand why people dislike her. People think that she is playing dumb or hard to get with how ML is falling head over heels for her. I find it refreshing that she is somewhat a tomboy who isn't those annoying FLs with a princess syndrome. I really like the storyline and chemistry too.

Maybe it's bad luck or whatever with this drama, so many issues that kept delaying it further. Feels like unfounded rumors kept surfacing that it was suppose air as early as 2024, then Jan 2025 until now sort of made me feel somewhat fed up with it cause none of turned out true and was purely speculation with no credible sources. Honestly wish people would stop spreading misinformation. I get the hype and all but still. Nothing's real until we see the official air date. I do like the sharing of new content like trailers or new photos though.

I think you'll save yourself from disappointment to just not follow ongoing rumors. If it's not July, it's not August, it's not Sept, then maybe it's Oct or Nov. The dates are just anyone's guess. Probably best to set the date to December as it will air between now and then. It might possibly be shelved to even air next year, I doubt it but you never know what comes up. I check back to this page to see an official date only.

Look forward to this show soon but I am reading that FL doesn't do kiss scenes. Why not? Is she just shy or doesn't like intimacy? No offense though, but as an actor or actress doing a romance drama, they need to portray the character well and from what I read in the novel, I know the couple was very affectionate. So personally I think it will be a downer if they deliberately hide those scenes or just play with camera angles.

Woah there. I may not be familiarized with the genre(s) here but I wasn't in anyway trying to criticizing ML at all. I just didn't put an emoji beside my statement so it was misconstrued like I was, but I actually like him showing so much affection towards FL every episode. I love vampire romance shows so this one suits my taste!

ML just looks like he is on a spell most of time and also obsessed with FL and it almost appears he wants to gobble her every chance he gets which is really every episode. Too much hormones at play here for an immortal!

Lol hold it together. For sure, the guy seems to be giving it 200% and more. Every episode he seems to unleash something different. I think it's overdue that he needs to lead a longer drama.

Synopsis is very interesting. ML is visually handsome and gives a lot of fan service and looks half-dressed and starry eyed all the time. Actor appears everywhere in miniseries, I wonder why he doesn't go for longer dramas, maybe this is his preference or he's not getting offers? FL is also very beautiful but the the dubbing is awful with the childish voice. I swear every FL in cdrama land has this sort of voice and it sounds so immature and annoying, wish they stop doing that. Ending wise, I see it will end tragically for some reason it doesn't give me a vibe that it will be a happy ending.

I think everyone here is getting tired of the rumors every week. Look at the amount of daily activity and I totally understand the frustration with the constant delays seemingly going on for months with rumors it's coming out this year, then May, then June, July and August. Nothing is real until it's official so I take anything else with a grain of salt. To save myself from disappointment, I'd rather watch other shows and not be bothered with this drama for now. If I comes out, it comes and if it doesn't, I'm fine with it cause I have a lot of other great shows to catch up with.
