I never watch idol survival shows so this is my first and I have none to compare with. It's a good show so far and I am enjoying it.

ML seems really boring, he is way too serious all the time but has to really set himself up more. SML Eunho is already showing more charisma in the last few seconds he showed up. Despite that, the storyline is great and what I expect following the webtoon.

Yeah not me personally but I heard stories before too, like these two best friends and the bf cheated with the other friend. Not as extreme as what SM will do in the end but still it was pretty bad what kind of friend that one was.

I doubt that those members that debuted will abandon their own groups to join another one, it's probably just some PR for them. I am rooting for KDB and the Japanese trainees.

With the way PMY is playing her character, I think she will do great to keep the momentum. Out of her dramas I've watched, she really impressed me in the first episode.

Just finished episode 1. It really impressed and execution is perfect. PMY is so suitable as JW, I felt her emotions and her character portrayal is on another level. She is good in other dramas but she really did the character justice. The drama is spot-on and so happy it's finally airing. I know what to expect cause I read the whole webtoon a few months ago. I haven't watched a korean drama from start to finish in a while so this is a nice surprise. My new favorite drama to start off the new year.

I really like the webtoon so I hope this drama follows closely to it.

I don't really like the two rapper judges, they are annoying even as MCs as I watch some TVB shows, they seem so unserious and not credible either about this competition but they are just there to lighten the mood and since they are from Hong Kong and have a connection to the higher up white gray hair man named Eric, so that's why they are included in the panel. However, Eric has been around and a renowned host, he maintains neutral and supportive even though the trainee is not up to par, he doesn't bother me as that's what he's always been.

I watched the most recent ep6 and they have the top 9 so far. I don't understand if the top 9 will debut as a new group. Some of them have already debuted (like Boyhood and ENONE) so if some members get selected, are they going to be in both groups or is this just some more exposure/popularity for the group?

Only 9 episodes, I wish it was longer. This is a really fun show with the different languages and awkwardness. I like the interactions of the contestants and the variety from different countries.

super hyped about this show. saw the first snippet and it seems promising. can't wait for the first episode to air.

Super ecstatic for ZY to lead this drama. She was great in her previous works so I expect nothing less. Hope she brings good chemistry with Ryan Cheng. Great cast so far.

I agree with you. I find OP rude and condescending claiming "ML abilities are beyond her" or "he deserves better" before we actually see the drama. Who's "better"? Like really what the flip? People are way too quick to judge. How about giving "them" a fair chance before making snide comments. I love every drama I've seen from Zhou Ye, and she was great and still improving too. I've never even heard about ML until his recent stint but he is a promising actor. So how is she worse? Unbelievable. Like c'mon, I can't wait to see what they bring and hopefully it becomes a success.

I felt robbed just thinking that they used an anime ending. At least put an alternative ending with the actual cast.

For sure, I watch this drama cause she's here. Even though WXY was supporting, I still felt their chemistry sucked me in.

for sure she's like a zombie, I cannot even feel bad for her cause she almost seems emotionless most of the time, I guess the acting seems pretty bad there.

Damn 30 episodes and no hugs or kisses at all. This almost seems like daylight robbery after seeing the sizzling chemistry between ML FL. We need to petition for a modern romance for these two in all seriousness. Not holding any hope for tmr's episode either sigh....

I noticed ZY & WXY have the closest bond off-screen, he seems to be so attentive of her, buying things for her and just holding her blanket. ZY has the personality to make every ML more comfortable/relaxed-she's such a cute puppy lol. She is closest next to her bodyguard actor XYJ and the three of them are fun in the interviews. This chemistry translates very well in the drama. The other two, her ex-husband (PCY) and her former foe (ZQ) seem so distant from the other 3, sometimes they almost seem invisible, especially the latter who rarely smiles, maybe she is shy but does seems lost in her own world.
