This poster looks almost like Vincenzo. Is this drama recommended?

I saw the blue/red colored poster for this series and thought this was a Chinese remake of the Korean drama Vincenzo lol. Is this drama good to watch?

This is my newest addiction. I didn't really like the korean version because it was long and did not have the patience for it so this version is a breath of fresh air.

Simply nothing substantial.

I managed to watch up to 7 eps while FF unfortunately. I find the FL is pretty annoying. ML has the visuals but I am not sure if its the storyline is bad or the acting is just flat and cringe. I don't like the OST at all. I'm not sure if it's going to get better but will give it a few more eps.

The storyline is ridiculous. ML is arrogant, selfish and rude. FL is a strong character and extremely stubborn, but is weak-minded in her addiction to ML even though he treats her like crap. A toxic relationship will never realistically work. I want her to snap out of it and leave him to find a better life. Only SML is the only likeable character here.

Good watch. I like the pace and realistic portrayal of the characters. It is like sipping coffee. Light-hearted and fluffy storyline.

Some characters don't really deserve a good ending cause they skipped the redemption arc. The first 15 eps were good, then it went downhill in the next 15 eps and dropped lower than a bottomless pit in the next 10 eps until it started to pick up and become watchable. Just when it seemed to go upward, they end it blandly. They sure rushed the ending for OTP. Well at least everyone is happy. To anyone who is thinking of watching this, watch the first 10 eps and the last 3 and you're good.

He was scammed millions of dollars and FL was seeing her company come to fruition so he didn't want to be a baggage for her so he went into hiding. I think she sold off her company to a CEO so she can clear his debt.

I do wonder what the scriptwriter is thinking about when they produced this drama. Is it to get viewers riled up on how convoluted the plot is so they will continue to watch it since they already invested in the drama or they have so many filler episodes to take care of, so they make up crap to just keep making us watch this madness. Either way, it's almost the end so hopefully they close off better but I am not holding my breath.

Is it too early to rate this show? I'll go first. 1) Storyline: 6.5/10, they are basically going around in circles and should have ended long time ago. Acting: 7/10, make me frustrated to watch some of these characters. Visuals: 9/10, the cast look beautiful and handsome here but waste of a plot. OST 9.5/10. Love the music here every episode. It's averages out: a love-hate show for me.

As much as I dislike the FL, the SML aka rich guy is the most toxic despicable character. He stays true to that. He's almost a dictator like his mom, claims he wants to protect FL but he just wants to possess her in every way = gets jealous, doesn't want her "work" or be successful, stay at home waiting for him like a sick puppy, flip flopping mood, party around women, shows off how rich/powerful all the time and list goes on. Can't wait to see them break up maybe some normalcy will come after. It already foreshadowed it in the recent episodes where FL is so much happier with her friends without him around. He should just disappear for good to save the storyline.

What a bore fest in these recent episodes. No progress made at all. The FL is still selfish as ever and whining about her issues with the arrogant rich guy's family to the ML who is still head over heels for her. She must be really naive to think it wasn't coming. What a joke when ML agreed to her mother's request to look after her. He doesn't owe her anything especially how she's been treating him.

I did read it before but it didn't change my mind about her actions as of lately. I liked her the beginning but her character just spiraled downhill and I was extremely frustrated. Maybe when I see her redemption soon than I can re-consider. It better be a good one though and not rushed.

I think it will have a happy ending but if I'm not mistaken, I think the wedding dress scene and kiss with ML was in her imagination when she was trying out that dress.

You can try out with the first 10 episodes, anything after just be prepared for a lot of angst, complicated relationships, love triangles etc.

I think LWJ honors that code but not HH. She is extremely selfish and she would not hesitant to break that code if it disadvantages her. Her actions with the bag incident speaks volumes of who she is, me me me.

I agree with some of things you mentioned. HH is definitely no angel, borders antagonist and instigates a lot of these problems - she is the bad 'fake' friend but turns on you if you cross her territory. She is like an immature spoiled child who cries foul and puts on tantrums if things don't go her way but LWJ encouraging that behavior and protects her from criticism, even demanding Prof to apologize and make her (a grown capable adult) eat again. That scene was so ridiculous to watch. Prof was pretty mature and honest about his feelings, he never wavered and respected LWJ's feelings towards friendship but he also is human and couldn't hide his feelings forever. He doesn't pretend to like HH either just cause LWJ demands it. Him not pushing his feelings on her is not cause he's a coward, he did tell her but got slapped and knows that it won't change her decision even if he continues to pursue her cause of her stubborn nature which is fine and all but she doesn't have to act all sad and depressed with lingering thoughts over him. It was pretty heartbreaking hearing him ask if HH's feelings is all that matters, what about mine? She couldn't even answer him properly. You just feel his pain, that was seriously harsh and the weird thing is that she literally treats everyone better than him. Every character is flawed but she is just 10x 100x worse with the way she handles her relationships imo.

I question if she had this inferiority complex hidden due to her poor background or the situations evolving around her just so happens a rich guy was convenient enough to be there to "solve" her problems. She was happier when she was poor cause she had supportive friends who motivate her, now she became superficial and stays at his home like a wealthy pampered socialite who forgets her roots. No way a rational person would choose selfish arrogant guy chasing the next pretty thing over decent, supportive and loyal Prof, if it wasn't for the money, power and influence. She gave up on herself so I don't see why Prof should be there when she ends up being dumped. Prof really should move on from her cause she constantly has failed short relationships and for obvious reasons.

I started this drama with excitement as well. Was I wrong but it's too late for me since I'm invested 3/4 of the drama already. The first 10-15 episodes were pretty good to watch after that it goes downhill. The editing is pretty choppy at times too cause it seems like the producer just skipped to another totally unrelated scene or when you get to an interesting scene it jumps to a filler scene which makes no sense. Highly recommend not to start if you don't like love triangles but it seems like a 7-sided relationship cause of all the messy relationships.
