Is Reba confirmed to do this drama? Usually on MDL there's a rule where at least for Reba, we do not list her down for a drama unless her studio has confirmed it.

I've only read up on the first one, that one would definitely be an idol drama but I would watch it! Idol dramas get a lot of traffic, but they don't usually win national awards like the Feitian (Flying Apsaras) or Magnolia awards. Actually, I take that back... the Golden Eagle is a national award and Reba did win it! She also got nominated for Best Supporting Actress for Magnolia for 10 Miles of Peach Blossoms. And "Anarhan" was nominated for Best TV Series for the Magnolia. This girl is so decorated!

I feel that YY's acting hasn't improved as quickly as Reba's. I have nothing against YY and enjoyed several of his idol dramas.

I wonder whether Reba's next drama will be an idol drama or a mainstream drama. The last 2 dramas she filmed were non idol dramas which is actually a good career move because long term, you can't just keep doing idol dramas. Idol dramas usually feature good looking actors to keep viewers glue to the screen to overlook poor plot lines.

There's a rumor going on Weibo that mentions that Reba's next project is going to be Cheating Men Must Die? Apparently there are 8 male protagonists? Oh and get this, the rumored male leads were Dylan Wang, Zhang Xincheng, Zhang Linghe, Ding Yuxi, Ding Chengxin...

I'm hearing that the Shanghai Film and Television Co. owns the rights to producing this? Anyways, there are complaints on Weibo about how they are favoring their actors/actresses in post production.

I prefer the witty dialog and plot for this over TLB. TLB had better special effects though. I do like The Blue Whisper a lot too.
