I'm impressed with the youngest member in the experiment on her mindset in planning the Coronation of the third King and joining the original alliance left behind. The older paired adults welcomed her and supported her plans.

Most of the members in this experiment seem to have a different dating style that rewards exclusivity over swipe right culture. The norms in the group dynamics matter and it can be a disadvantage if you're outside of them.

The older adults may have a negative impression of playing the field, and have natural inclination to protect the much younger Yerim who poses no threat to them.

You apply the same logic to all the candidates on the experiment. You don't exclude the other participants for comparison.

Its not a coincidence that the we get almost no screentime of the interaction of the the two interested males with her after their date. Jungmin is comforting Gayeon for cold hands, she's glancing elsewhere.

Yerim earlier points out Kyungho is distancing himself and unable to make eye contact with her.

We don't see Ga yeon being close with either of the males when they're same shot. The show is keeping the framing tight of her interactions.

You don't need an outside date to determine if you're attraction is romantic. That's an excuse.

A generous take is he doesn't want to hurt her feelings with a direct conversation/rejection for an avoidance strategy.

Bad strategy when three other males were interested in only one woman. Same with the women, they didn't have a second option they were interested in.

I'd bet most of the candidates on the show think the two that were playing the field too long, were sly and wanted to keep a second option as a back up. Those two are in the minority on dating styles.
