Not even close, the budget for each of the are vastly different.
Lovely Runner had a serial killer, time travel that is executed with a large budget.
Crush101 has a time skip, no overseas locations or large concert venues and a fraction of the production budget.

You must have been asleep when her boyfriend repeatedly asked Ji-won to not cross the line. Told him, his feelings…
Where did I suggest it was her fault?

Bunny chose to date Yeol, Ji-won kept staying too close to her.

The incident with the ex-bf smashing her sculpture, the community board comments were implying Bunny and Ji-won were a couple. Her friends concern/advice was to go and deal with the rumours and comfort Yeol.

They celebrated their one hundred day mark and her junior was still clinging onto Bunny without confessing so she could reject him.

She decided to put a stop to Ji-won being too close after she noticed Yeol was upset about her dinner outing/intoxication after rejecting a date with him.

It wasn't one incident that upset Yeol or one mistake by Bunny that had him feeling anxious.

I was team Bani and Yeol but last 2 episodes showed me how little he trusts Bani, sure it took her too long to…
You must have been asleep when her boyfriend repeatedly asked Ji-won to not cross the line. Told him, his feelings for Bunny were sincere before they began dating.

Both FL and ML were interested in each other and faced many hurdles before they began their relationship.

Ji-won decided Yeol wasn't sincere and actively started to interfere. He asked Bunny not to meet up with Yeol. The frequent asks for meals, Christmas Tree note.

Ji-won should have confessed if he possessed maturity, got rejected and moved on if he was sincere. Her female classmates offered to help Bunny, Ji-won chose to remain too close to her although she was in a relationship.

Asleep when Bunny decided to pause her friendship with Ji-won by distancing herself because it was negatively impacting her relationship with her boyfriend.

Ji-won was not interested in dating, because he liked someone (unnamed), he was asked by Yeol before if he had feelings for Bunny. Ji-won's proximity to her if he was interested was problematic.

Yeol showing maturity contacted Ji-won to facilitate Bunny's Dad getting treatment.

jiwon was heartbroken when bani announced her relationship with yeol. YES. but atleast he accepted it. he cared…
No, the person should have confessed, took the rejection and moved on but chose to remain too close and create problems for the couple.

Them being in class together was enough, him hanging out to help her was too much, her other female friends offered to help her with her art work.

Bunny had to remove him from her circle of friends because of it.

Ji-won can continue his one sided crush but failed to distance himself is the problem you're unwilling to accept.

Yeol was mature enough to contact him for help for Bunny's father.

They're not gonna follow the webtoon... Or follow it without following it. She goes to the US and then comes back…
Agreed, too much useless angst, holes for viewers to fill in.

Bunny and Yeol end up together.

Going by the preview it’s awkward between the main leads the ml is avoiding the fl even since she came back…
Trailers are problematic, sadly this drama has so many holes viewers can't fill that stretch the credulity of this unrealistic (Kdramas).

One year apart, no communication isn't good storytelling.

Just finished episode 10. Yeol is honestly the most annoying and trash male lead ever. He keeps putting himself…
You may suffer from 2ML syndrome, he should have confessed, took the rejection and moved on but he chose to remain hidden and too close and create problems with the couple. He was repeatedly asked to not cross the line by her boyfriend.

FL had to remove him from her circle to protect her relationship with her boyfriend.

He reached out to Ji-won to help FL's father, that showed maturity.

The couple were together for over 100 days, she got an offer to study abroad it would bother any sane couple.

Its not about the 2ML in New York only, the story has continued with unrealistic gaps/holes in their relationship dynamic.

Being apart for one year and they didn't communicate/break up is credible?

Both the U.S. and South Korea has high speed internet and video chatting would have worked out for them while they were apart.

No, these are normal for Hollywood, Kdramas. The land of make believe.

Or you're watching a different show.Ji-won was never a romantic interest held by Bunny. She thinks he's handsome…
First mistake is drawing from your life (reality), this is a Kdrama, like Hollywood laws of nature don't apply.

EP9 Buni-Yeol couple, she kisses him after he confesses for a third time?
She's admitting to her own feeling she's had for him with kiss. He was NEVER a friend.

You're confirming we're watching different dramas

Being friend zoned is a natural process because they don't see you as a romantic interest. You don't put yourself in that position if you're attracted to them, it's done to you.

How many conversations has Bani had with her parents about how they got together? Why did the writer have that in nearly every episode?

Bani's Dad chased after his love interest who was busy with a player? Bani is taking her cues from that in her pursuit of Yeol.

Bani has NEVER shown any romantic interest in Ji-won and sees him as handsome, kind junior.

Bani mistook the cold medication on her desk as a romantic gesture from Yeol.

Bani gets butterflies from Yeol, not Ji-won. You have half a dozen scenes showing her reaction, flashbacks to them. She's dreaming of Yeol... lol

No dreams of her friend Ji-won.

Ji-won has never crossed any lines, the Christmas Tree confession wasn't romantic, it was a blocking/protective act because he believes Yeol isn't sincere. Both of them have been doing that with Bani.

Jealous Yeol checked with Ji-won on his interest several times, is bothered by his proximity to Bani. You didn't see that from Ji-won until it was made clear that Alumni Cho A Rang had bad intentions from Yeol conversation.

Examine the intent of the writer, don't apply a lens of reality. This is about the two leads and the hurdles they both are experiencing to get together.

Side Note: Reality
Having a younger male/female interested in you and being overly attentive in normal. Treating them kindly like a little sister or brother, cousin isn't unusual because you don't want to hurt their feelings.

Or you're watching a different show.

Ji-won was never a romantic interest held by Bunny. She thinks he's handsome and kind junior.

She has had a crush on Yeol from the beginning EP1 drunk confession (sore hands).

Ji-won has been next to her as a friend and has never declared romantically interested.
His recent blocking of Yeol is rationalised because he thinks Yeol is not being sincere.

Bunny's parents conversations about their past are the breadcrumbs to her pursuit of Yeol. Like her Dad, Bunny will pursue her own interest's (Yeol) despite Ji-won, Yeol' ex-girlfriend's interference.

If you are paying attention, Bunny has had feelings for Jae Yeol from the start. Ji won was never her romantic interest.

Her drunk confession, his sore face ep 2? Her acknowledging her crush, telling his ex they will sort it out.

Reality doesn't matter in these romantic comedies (Full stop)

In most cases the repair cost would have been too close to the replacement value of the tablet.

Her accompanying him to class (note taking), faked wrist injury are part of their budding romance.

Her showcasing her physical strength is part of the story (unrealistic) and the contest prize for a comparable tablet a week later wasn't a mere coincidence.

You have to park your cognitive skills and embrace the silliness (storytelling) of these entertainment products.
