Synopsis: Lowest grade Civil servant we see who works hard is respected by citizens outside the office.
It's fairer to point out her co workers are lazy bullies that are jealous of her work ethic and of her good fortune in winning the attention of most of the males in this drama.
FL is bullied in High school, transfers to 2nd school and is bullied again. 2FL befriends her until she becomes jealous and blames FL for stealing a guy she liked. FL drops out of 2nd school and on first trip loses her Father (remaining parent) to drowning tragedy. FL blames herself for speaking up and withdrawing from school.
2ML notices her diligent work and praises her. Co-workers are jealous. Team Leader initially blames her for his shortcomings and delay in his promotion.
