I watched the first three episodes, and they were quite okay, but not what I would enjoy—all of this prejudice…
They both have misunderstandings of each other from school days so it will take time to clear them out. Basically they each have biases agains each other with their own “filtered” view of the other. They are gradually beginning to see the other person as they learn more about them. Bit it’s gradual.
Depends on what you’re looking for. If you scroll through the discussions, you’ll see that there are many who are loving it because it’s so funny and has the wackiest situations! The creative team is truly creative. Yet, it stays true to exploring & revealing the theme of “filters” and biases in our society.
Then there are those who are looking for a regular romance, and don’t like the premise of the “filters”.
not a of xu ruo han will i still enjoy this? anyone else who hasn’t enjoyed any of her works is enjoying this…
The screenwriter also wrote hidden love so it has that vibe. The director is also a cinematographer so this drama is over the top adorable, soothing, healing, calm, sweet. Full of emotions and beautiful sceneries. It’s excellent.
The visuals are and cinematography are really something. They are really quite a match. I wonder if it's both…
He fell for her at first sight at the clinic in ep 1. She is falling for him. But they are both shy about it. Love how they keep on stealing looks at each other! Lol.. like little kids.
Ep 8 at his place - omg this is just too much. I cannot stop grinning - the music, the vibe, the eye candy. I just want a replica of Dr He for myself already.
I do find some of the comments funny because this drama is exactly about filters and people jumping to conclusions…
Exactly. The creators did a great job displaying that when they have those flashbacks where the two of them see the same situation completely differently .
Did anyone notice the NeJa reference (tattoo on bestie’s ankle)? Perfect timing considering animation doing so well at the box office. I doubt it was planned but what a coincidence!
Then there are those who are looking for a regular romance, and don’t like the premise of the “filters”.
It’s really a smart, funny, and sweet drama.
That song … “love love love” comes on at the perfect time! So uplifting and perfect for a blossoming love.
