I guess maybe it’s this particular novel writer thing? I remembered the same in Hidden Love as well.
But why is this cringe? why not the many dramas where the secretary/support staff falls in love with her overbearing boss and of course a jealous co-worker/childhood friend trying to wreck it? that's is classic cringe if we want to judge cringiness. There's a terrible power in balance and it supports the idea age of idea of the accommodating female caretaker being materially and physically provided by the alpha male. And females fighting over the same guy. If these types of dramas are ok, then maybe we can give a pass to allow mentioning of a women's issues in a drama.
I get that but also ML is a doctor so they understand about menstruation/cramp and whatnot. The one drama that…
Why don't you watch the scene first and decide. I don't know. I'm probably the wrong audience since it takes more than a menstruation scene to show a person is empathetic to me. I think the "offering clothing to cover up" has been around for a while. I didn't think it was a big deal in Hidden Love since it's happens there's really no reason for it to be taboo.

seriously, please watch first before you comment because then it would make sense to have a conversation about it. He was being an understanding doctor like how a doctor should act. Nothing weird. Nothing romantic.
Yeah, here we go again.Friendly reminder, ✔️If the show is not for you, just pass and go to the other drama…
Just make sure to repost this every day or so as a reminder. I remember The Blossoming love was great but then started going downhill w/ judgements and name calling. eek.
I've been waiting for Landy's drama for a long time, unfortunately this is a story for teenagers, I feel too old…
This is a very smartly written drama guised as a kid comedy. Yes, there's the zany comedy which is very funny. But there are the more serious topics and references like Kokuto and others have mentioned. I think there are probably a lot of references that would go over the heads of many (including myself who are not familiar) but that's what's great about this discussion board.
I've enjoyed the references to older films like Roger Rabbit. To me, the bracelet is like a superpower that she's gettin into all these silly situation as she's learning to use it (like the Greatest American Hero way back)
Looks like your best giving each drama 4 eps or so.
If you like the vibe of Hidden Love and feeling the falling in love vibe and don't mind the TCM doctor falling in love with a hotel manager who is seeing him for insomnia, then check out TBT
If you like more gloomy angsty but forever faithful long time supporting boyfriend type like Lighter and Princess or Fireworks of my Heart, then check of TFF
If you like wacky but smart comedies that's not only about romance like maybe 'Oh no, here comes trouble' or 'the starry love'.. then try Filter.
The trailer looked silly and cheesy, so I wasn't expecting much from it. I thought I’d just skim through it…
Glad you’re enjoying it. It’s been a while since we got something this unique. Actually , I don’t remember the last comedy.. may my girlfriend is an alien? But even that’s not as crazy as this.
