I am knocking it down a point as I feel it lost it’s fun fresh aspect and became all In my personal opinion a little “kdramay melo” for a couple of of eps. For me they kinda of felt forced for kdrama angst sake, maybe it’s because I did not overly care about the 3 melo storylines, they seemed a little ‘meh’…I know the they were trying to make a point about mental health, pressure etc, I think if they committed to ‘friends suicide’ one and carried it out as quiet sub plot throughout, it would have had more of though provoking impact. The mother and housemaid archs just seemed awkward and out of place. Luckily it’s something you can skip through quite quickly.
Could have easily been a 10, if kept mainly to the fun slightly more ridiculous escapades the ‘stars’ get up to.
On the classic scale of MangoTV subs quality: 1 being ‘bleeding from my eyes’ and 10 being ‘translated by puppies’….where would you all say sub situation is like for this?

I haven’t started this yet, I am really hoping this was going to be tropey nonsense free, the clips I have seen and acting looks amazing…..I hate with a passion noble idiocy, for me it’s the table flipping trope of tropes….I will still keep my fingers crossed. I have been really looking forward to an adult historical drama, where there is communication, a non toxic relationship with understanding,….you know the little things, maybe because I have hit my late 30s I have got “boring”, and just want the MC to have a good chat about things.
I think so, well it ends, the MC are still alive. I can’t work out who won or lost. If you can fathom it you are better person than me. But personally for 50+ eps not worth it. The first 16 eps were good then it took a hard pass and fell off a cliff…not even the delicate floaty falling, full ugly flailing limbs falling.

Looking at the trailers so far, Joe Chen barely looks a day over 30 so I think visually they work. I am not a huge “obvious noona” fan, but this looks ok to me…

Maybe his next drama will go ‘next level’ trope, he will play a twin, the FL will play a twin and there will end up being some love-square twin-age going on.
I wonder if ‘twins swap’ is written into Luo Zheng’s contract….or his manager gets a script and says that “it is great, we will to do but it needs extra twins”

How did I not know this drama existed until today?! Did it go completely under the radar or was I living under rock?…it has all the tags I like…can’t believe this never popped up in any of my searches
I am perfectly ok with him being the only cast member, now if at least 75% of the drama requires him not to wear a shirt, I will give it 10/10 right now, no questions, straight in with a 10…
