Right now, they’re just trying to draw attention to that scandal as little as possible, hoping that eventually people will forget. His fanbase is quite loyal so he’ll be fine. What he did was indeed ungentlemanly and nasty but nothing criminal.

Bei Ye Bei got paid to write that BS lol. They definitely met at the hotel, the cctv footage proves it. If she said that ’he’s a good person’, they definitely met. She may have retracted her words but Hu Yitian’s ex-girlfriends who also came to the media, they didn’t retract. Also, there’s a clear audio on miaopai and it sounds exactly like him. The reason she’s retracting after 7 months is because Hu Yitian’s dramas are coming out soon so he needs some image cleaning so his image paid Bei Ye Bei to write that ’apology’ letter. http://n.miaopai.com/media/NQ6YjgQA9s4sHmYmFjJEshTvjPMGadX9

Uhmm.. there’s a clear audio on Miaopai and it definitely sounds exactly like him, only delusional will think that it’s a different person. He sounded drunk/high though lmao. The cctv footage that leaked it’s obviously him and his manager, furthermore Hu Yitian’s ex-girlfriends came forward (they looked like Bei Ye Bei, he clearly has a type lol) and put his pictures out there, there was one where he was playing video games with a shirt and boxers on, on top of a bed so he really did invite girls over to play video games and have sex. I can assure you that no one with a functioning brain would believe for a second that Hu Yitian is innocent here. The woman (Bei Ye Bei) retracted because Hu Yitian’s dramas are coming out soon and he needed to clean his image so his agency paid that woman to go back on her words. And his stupid ass fangirls actually buy it just because they wanna live in a fantasy and think that Hu Yitian = Jiang Chen.

I agree with you this time Stacy :) because your criticisms were constructive; not that I didn’t agree with…
Yeah sorry about my vulgar language. I was just so frustrated with the way plot was going. In real life I was cursing more and I showed a great restraint when I wrote my comments on mydramalist. Great actors and a drama with a great potential got lost because of illogical writing...

I have an opinion and before y’all come for my throat just listen to me. The idea was brilliant, cinematography was impressive. Special effects were of really high quality. Actors did the best they could. Especially Hyun Bin gave a natural, raw performance. Park Shin Hye was impressive in her dual role especially in the 15th episode and she truly did what she could with a character that was done injustice by the incomplete writing. I’m saying, in the hands of a better writer, this could have been a masterpiece. I already have number of ideas how the drama could have been next level. The romance would have been so much more natural had Hee Joo also learned the game. They would’ve naturally gotten closer through common hardships. Now she was wasted by the writer by making her lie on her bed and looking at her product placement phone and crying. They could’ve increased Chanyeol’s presence by including some scenes where they show how he is surviving an entire year in the game world without any human contact. How did he eat and take care of his personal hygiene? How must he have suffered? They didn’t show his emotional journey at all which was a bummer. I considered the second ex-wife REALLY unnecessary and pointless. The drama would’ve been better without that character taking screen time. All in all, I enjoyed the gaming part and Hyun Bin’s performance. PSH left an impression but I also felt sorry for her that her character got sidelined quite a bit. That’s really it… What this drama severely lacked in was the fact that the writer had an ambitious idea but didn’t have the skills to write it. Also, really disappointed how the world that was written by the writer lacked multifaceted female characters. If you look at the most successful cable drama or dramas over all as of now, they are all female centric or have complex female characters.

Agreed, she needs a co-writer

I am getting so tired of the comments about not liking PSH’s character due to her being weak. Please tell me…
Listen girl, PSH is doing her best. What I am criticizing is the extremely poor writing! The awful characterization of Hee Joo. She has no personality and her life literally revolves around Jinwoo. Jinwoo is a multifaceted character with a lot of development but Hee Joo isn’t. Have you read the recent interview of Song Jae Jung? She openly admits that all of the female characters were created to develop Jinwoo. She never intended to create romance and she shot more for My Ahjusshi type of dynamic but since she heard that PSH was cast, she was compelled to write a romance. But apparently she couldn’t write her a proper character without ’’ruining the story line’’. Poor PSH must have been so hurt by these statements. She is the one suffering the most from this. That is why I’m glad she took Call, a new female only cast movie. The director of that film even said that he believes PSH can do much more than melodramas.

I just wanna say that Park Shin Hye could do better than a character like this. The romance could have been better. There was no need for those 2 ex-wives. I like light heartedness too but I love the bickering between Min Joo and Jin Woo more than the romance which is just Hee Joo dolling up, crying with full makeup on and running after Jin Woo. I reaaaaally hope the last 2 episodes will make Hee Joo more proactive and assertive. That she is not just a toy to look pretty and take care of Jin Woo. Thank you for your insights. It's nice to see a different perspective. Hyun Bin and Park Shin Hye do have chemistry but the writing is just soooo......

My dear,It is indeed normal for a teenager of Se Joo's age to go out and not be in contact for around a week or…
That's because Jin Woo is supposed to be the love interest of Hee Joo and have romance with her so Jin Woo scamming her after being rude and she's still thirsting after him is incredulous. Whereas I don't like Hee Joo so it's normal for me to say that she is, mildly put, a horny bitch. How can she even think about dressing up, going to dates and make out with Jin Woo while her own barely adult brother has been missing for a year?? I'm sorry but as a big sister myself I see my little brother like my child and I would literally die if I had found out that he has been missing for a year, not doll up, use product placement lipstick and earrings and merrily go on dates with a twice divorced alcoholist who is also technically a murderer

I am so far enjoying the AR and AI part. The only time I cried in the drama was when Seo Jung Hoon was loyal, lost his life and even as a recurring NPC he is loyal. The quest to find Se Joo and the way the game is convoluted with reality is the best part. The only thing I hate about this drama is Hee Joo's character, her constant crying and the fact that the writer is trying to write a romance that is sooooo out of place. How can Hee Joo even think about anything else than finding Se Joo? But she has the time to dress up and doll up and go running after Jin Woo and getting tricked by him over and over again. She is too easy. You could remove her character and the drama would be better. The romance was there just for the sake of being there. Hee Joo is a female character I don't relate to at all, poorly written, no character development. I don't honestly even feel like Jin Woo loves Hee Joo?? He just needs her to relieve his stress and frustrations. Physical attraction is the only thing I see he feels for her. Yes I am annoyed. Hyun Bin really saves this drama.

Omfg?? Hee Joo insists staying with Jin Woo and wouldn't let go until Jin Woo tells her she's got things to do at home. And of course she starts crying AGAIN. But Hee Joo let Se Joo go so easily and said it's normal that he goes out like that. And when he didn't come back to Granada the day he said he would and Hee Joo called him and he didn't pick up his phone, she just shrugged and hopped away saying his phone must be broken. Then they moved back to Korea without underage Se Joo. Hee Joo seems to love Jin Woo, who scammed her and was rude to her by calling her gullible (which she is), more than her own damn brother. Hee Joo is such a horny bitch for Jin Woo!! She's more irritating than the actress ex-wife bimbo, at least she is straight forward antagonist instead of thirsting after older, twice divoreced alcoholist.

Lol if you hate it that much then simply stop watching. You sound like you already dislike PSH/PSH’s character…
Exactly. Her sole purpose to exist is just so Jinwoo can develop from a jaded cocky CEO to a caring boyfriend material. She is not a person of her own. She exists to heal that Jinwoo mofo, who is older, twice divorced, married an actress bimbo just because he can, became an alcoholic pill popper.. but who cares, he "changed" their lives and is a good looking millionaire. Imagine if it was a female lead twice divorced, no children alcoholic pill popper who scammed the male lead. She would have been un-redeemable character, right? But of course Hee Joo, the heroine, is a hard working, nurturing, family oriented and most likely virgin who has never dated in her life! This change or magic made her brother disappear, they moved back to Korea without Se Joo and email contact was enough for them to be assured that he's ok. But Hee Joo breaks down for that Jinwoo mofo EVEN AFTER she learned that he scammed her. The reason he wants to find her brother is to make the dead people stop coming back over and over again, not because he suddenly cares about them. Jinwoo's been using Hee Joo since beginning and their romance is not just believable. Hee Joo cares more than she should for that mofo than he for her. This is the opposite of good writing and well rounded female characters with lives of their own. This drama won't pass the Bechdel test. No wonder PSH is taking an all female cast movie next. She must have been conned because an actress who has acted as long as her and leading roles too, is a freaking love interest and side character in this drama. As a person who cares very much for how female characters are written, I'm irritated but I still want to see Se Joo getting saved

I am irritated by her character. She serves no real purpose here and all I see is how people say that love line with her makes HB's dimples appear. She cries all the time, and she has developed a lisp too. She used to pronounce the letter S properly. All she has been doing is act pretty and cry prettily. That's it literally. I expected better from the script writer. Ep 13 was just flashbacks and over half of the episode had passed until PSH came on screen and what did she do? Cry again and it looked unnatural

Ok. PSH goes to find HB in the game with her lenses on. She breaks down after seeing HB wounded. The terrorist NPC comes from behind and HB shoots the NPC. She cries again, sheds tears and asks with very unnatural acting ’’how can you take it?’’. PSH’s acting has either regressed or her character’s psychology is just so ridiculous that it automatically looks unnatural. Again, she cried after seeing HB wounded but no cries for her grandma who passed out. The drama would have been better if they made PSH less annoying and more proactive. I hate this shit...

MG 2018 wasn't domestically a flop either. It got mixed reviews because it was compared to the original Taiwan version. That mahjong bitch is super delusional so don't listen to her denialist rants. Huace can try and push HYT as much as they can and dumb fangirls can stay stanning him for his looks because his acting is actually below mediocre.
