i think MCY knew how closed of a person WYF is so he choose to actively getting close to WYF..but yes MCY cross the line by casually touching her..that is very disrespectful.. and when WYF told him that SY is an exception, thats your strong rejection signal, boy..there is only SY for WYF and vice versa..no option..

later WYF will tell the whole truth to SY what makes her said that harsh words to him in the past..and ofc that scene is the most heartbreaking for both of them..i guess for us too later..

i can understand that many people getting frustrated by the way WYF act..so cold, hesitate a lot..but here's a thing..
WYF's father died and left her at young age and at the same time her mother ditch her to her aunt that also treat her so bad ..so WYF should handle her broken heart all by herself without anyone teach her properly how to handle it and protect her..
if now it seems like WYF want to push SY out, i think it is because WYF feel so much guilt towards SY after she knew that SY is not okay after all these years because of her harsh words in the past..and also because of her past experiences, she is afraid in the end even SY will abandon her later..

i feel a little sorry for MCY but thanks to him, i guess his action will spice up a lot WYF and SY relationship..before its just a firecracker but later will be like armageddon..lol..burnnnnn..

MCY just an obsessive kid that dont know what he will involve into.. for him it is as simple as having a crush, try to flirt for a while and get the girl.. WYF is too complicated for him to handle..overconfident will only give him hard broken heart..he cant even get WYF attention let alone WYF heart..lol..

i havent read the novel yet but ep 6 really struck me deep in my heart in terms of sadness..WYF dad is her whole world..just by seeing WYF eyes, i can feel how devastated she is.. At the same time, that moment is the start of SY falling in love with her so deep because he can feel her sadness.. " I will always be with you" is what makes SY stand still since they broke up until present because WYF is his world.. both WYF and SY have a very strong heart (especially WYF) .. Many people nowadays suffering from any kind of mental health disorders and end up with suicide so for anyone out there who has the same experiences as WYF has, I sincerely wish you all well.. Be happy in your own way..

SML is a crown prince (eventually become a king) and FL is his most trusted General..SML only love FL but because of his status, he must reject her..he harshly make a clear boundary between them that make FL brokenhearted so bad until she almost died..
i dont feel SML is annoying but rather took a pity for him because of his dilemma and his cowardice when facing his love problem (ha ha)..other than that, SML is almost perfect..well i dont know what will the director change in this tv version though..

okay..by the novel, ML and FL having a bumpy relationship at early with ML fall head over heels first to FL while FL still recovering from her broken heart but eventually fall for ML coz of his persistence and sincerity..
SFL fall for SML first and eventually can marry him by some complicated circumstances between 2 kingdoms..SML never love her back until the end (SFL died at the end of novel and that make SML have a change of heart towards her but its already too late)..

between ML and FL = ML very harsh towards FL at early story but fall for her eventually..FL also hating ML coz of they are rival from different kingdom that fight each other in the past..
between FL and SML = FL fall for SML but rejected and heartbroken painfully..
SFL have unrequited love towards SML..
ending ? you sure ?am i not ruin the fun for you to watch this later?

it depends on how you describe negative is.. you say its complex character, its true.. negative ? for me, Prince FSG much more negative than him (well if the director follow exactly as the novel is)

maybe its just me but i do feel LYN already growing romantic feelings little by little towards LSY since LSY always help and protect her.. I can see the awkwardness when they getting too close physically..that kind of awkwardness wont happen if she really only see LSY as her brother purely but she always do a reality check that they are siblings (before she know the truth) ..I must praise Ren Min acting in terms of that coz i do can see her gestures towards LSY..

the lie is related to FL characteristics that always tough outside but soft inside and she always said something the opposite of her true feelings..

hmm actually its not very vulgar in terms of words they used in the novel but as a whole story it really showcase a lot of bed scenes between the leads..i know that we cant compare novel story and tv drama story even this drama adapted by the novel itself but for me i think without that scenes, the story will be a bit different..you cant understand The Leads thoughts and why they acted the way they act in the drama..but i do enjoy both novel and tv drama adaptation..it gives 2 different perspective of story..

if they truly follow the novel, there will be no breakup..but of course they will change quiet a lot of scenes because its an adult novel and not appropriate to be shoot as a TV drama..lol..

i see si lili on cast list but no on screen appearance until ep 30 ..am i missing something?

a question for who already read the novel..Are Ye Qing Mei (FX Mom) and Ye Ling'Er (LWE best friend) have any connection as a family since they share same family name or its just a coincidence?

maybe the director change sisi character into sang wen, perhaps?coz i dont remember if sang wen is in the novel or not..cmiiw..

if this follow the original novel version, FX will have a harem..lol..and yes, the wedding will happen quite early to mid i guess..

well..you will see PYA until almost last episodes i guess..he will disturb their life every single chance he got coz of his pride..
