She was severely bullied and completely ostracized from her peers. Very real and rigid beauty standards isolated…
I love your response! So well thought and well written. I notice so many people who have issues with the character seem to not understand that change doesn't happen overnight. I have friends with deep emotional trauma and can take people years to pick up the pieces and change. Change doesn't have to be drastic but can be as simple as be honest with oneself over what affects you. I really loved Mirae character and loved how realistic it showed people dealing with trauma. It is easy for the audience to say they wouldn't act that way but you never know until you are in that situation.
god finally someone who doesn’t look at kul from a negative perspective just because tet is a sad character…
I had to do it. It was extremely annoying that people were trashing her character based off of one or two scenes with Tet in the past. Some people can shut down their emotions when they are forced to do something all the time. Yes, they never really sat down at all! The biggest red flag was she was taken off guard by the proposal. What couple has been together that long and have never talked about marriage??? That just showed Tet just doing things he wanted to do as usual. One thing I really like about Kul is that she is big about boundaries and has no problem speaking up if she doesn't like something. Women get told to put up with stuff all the time so it's pretty refreshing to see especially in lakorn.
That's interesting you mention the zodiac. I'm a Taurus but I see bits of myself in Kul and Ginney. The focus on career and money is definitely a Taurus trait but we are very committed and even possessive(at times) lovers though. I have Cancer in my chart so that's why I probably relate to Ginney lol.
If i may add, in reality, Kul's saying "love isn't enough" is actually right. To build a relationship especially…
That is such a great point. I'm a hopeless romantic but love cannot save a relationship/marriage. I see so many people break up because of the things you listed.
I'm here again to defend Bua's character because people seem to keep focusing on her being unappreciative and not caring about love. Bua and Tet were together for four years. I don't think people realize that even with the best of couples you are going to have issues like lack of communication or even unappreciation at times. People just see Tet's side and think oh she doesn't appreciate him and she's some frigid bitch but relationships are way more complicated. I really love the commentator Wendy123 when she pointed out Kul and Tet's personalities. I think they are more Type A personalities (especially Kul) and so they do well with more laid back type of people. You can never have two dominant people in a relationship.
In addition, some people are just not meant to be together. I saw someone on IG mention how Kul was never interested in marriage for the four years. You can love a person and enjoy your time with them but they may not be the one. I've heard of couples being together or engaged for several years but never getting married but marry the next person within a matter of months. It doesn't make them horrible people. I think Kul deep down inside probably knows that Tet was never the one. You be surprised that some people who come off like they don't care about love but the problem is they are just not with the right person. I don't like Wat's character and don't agree with the pairing. I can put up with alot in lakorns but I don't do infidelity. Him tonguing down those two girls sealed his fate with me. He's a low value dude and complete trash. I hate men who only show consideration and kindness to women if they find them attractive. He treated Ginny horribly after she served her purpose. I would rather Kul be alone but I know they will continue with the pairing.
I totally agree with you! My fav character here is Dr. Kul. She knows what she wants and she works hard for it.…
Me too! I feel like I had to defend her because so many people are acting like she's some super toxic ungrateful person. I think their was some unappreciation in their relationship but they were together for four years. It happens to the best of couples. You get into a routine and don't realize how you are coming off to your significant other. In addition, I think many of the viewers are super young and don't realize that people change in relationships all the time. I know there was love on both sides but sometimes you are just not destined or right for that person. You hear so many stories of people being engaged or dating forever but never sealing the deal but getting married to the next person within a matter of months. You just never know.
No, it's so true. They really had no problem losing all the footage and ppl are trying to blame it on the volleyball…
I know so many Puff fans. Do you have any recommendations for any of her dramas? I know! It got on my everlasting nerves. I did not see why she even liked the ML at all! I was annoyed because the FL knew the issues with Chinese romance novels and how they always screw over the SML and she still focused on the ML. The ML in the real world made up for everything. I was going to throw my laptop out the window if they were just going to keep her with the novel ML. I think Kim would look great with Great (lol). She does have a more mature glamorous look and she can sometimes look better with the older actors (aesthetically anyway). I haven't watched it but I know alot of people commented on how Kim didn't look good with James Ji in Buang Hong. He had a chubby baby face for quite a bit of time so that could by why. I meant Noey Chotika. She was nang'rai in some of James Ji's lakorns and was in Kleun Cheewit with a smaller role. I don't think she really acts as much anymore though. I follow her on IG and she is being a glamorous housewife these days lol.
Should I watch it? Why the comments here feel like it's gonna be another Tra Barb See Chompoo!? I didn't like…
You will be disappointed. I felt there were way more sweet scenes between the leads in TBSC even with the ML shenanigans. It wasn't like that at all in Praomook. The show opened really good but became really repetitive and annoying midway and fizzled out horribly at the end. The cutting of scenes and episodes really ruined the show.
No, it's so true. They really had no problem losing all the footage and ppl are trying to blame it on the volleyball…
You definitely need to watch Lost Romance again! It was really good. I will say that majority of us got really bad SLS though. I was pissed off at the show how they handled the Second Male Lead so you probably won't want to watch it for that reason lol. That's the one good thing about lakorns is that they do pair everyone up compared to other countries dramas. My only problem is they sometimes just throw people together even when the SL was thirsty the entire time for the FL and they expect the audience to accept the SL/SFL pairing. It is just not realistic. Sometimes people are just unlucky in love. Yes, I think Ch7 will be coming and taking the reins from Ch3. They tend to give newbies more lead roles I feel like and they have way more variety with their actors/actresses. Yes, I heard about her weight issue. They got on her all time and would comment on it just like they would with Great and his skin color. She looks great but I thought she looked beautiful when she was curvy as well. I was happy that Prang became a lead since she isn't mixed (I believe) and has a distinct look. Ch7 is better about that. Right? Namcha's character was crazy and shameless as hell. My favorite nang'rai to date is still Noey. She never annoys me like the other actresses and I think she's really pretty. Your commentary is hilarious btw lmao
No, it's so true. They really had no problem losing all the footage and ppl are trying to blame it on the volleyball…
My problem with the Female Lead chases ML is that it becomes a ton of episodes of the FL crying and being depressed because he isn't checking for her. The ML never act that way when it is vice versa. They can get super jealous and possessive but I don't see that depressing behavior. You just want to shake the FL and tell her to just move on and leave it alone. I really enjoyed Lost Romance even with the FL chasing trope but even she was doing too much at times. Kim is lucky. I had no idea she's always received lead roles. The elders must have labeled her as a nang'ek from the get go. I honestly think she does really well in nang'rai type roles and would like to see do bad girl roles more. I still haven't seen Song Saneaha (its on my list but I'm scared because of reviews lol) but I did watch her in Nang Rai Tee Rak and enjoyed it. I agree about Ch7. They don't have obsession with koojin like Ch3. I actually watched So Wayree and thought they did an excellent job with ending the show and paying fanservice. The show was good but I still think it was a bit overhyped. I wish they had made the whole thing consensual instead of rape but the channels keep making these kind of storyline. It doesn't help that so many of the lakorns are based off of books with this storyline. I agree and think the elders need to retire and hire some fresh blood. I'm hoping the international fans are complaining in the dm's on Ch3's IG. I haven't watched MFS but I have watched Kleun Cheewit. That one was really good even though Toey's character got on my everlasting nerves lol.

No worries about the rants lol. I think all of us are super frustrated. I totally agree about the other koojins. I like all of them but I do think that their chemistry is nowhere near as sizzling or sexy as PonBua. I don't know if it is because they are dating and used to each other after so many years or what. Ch3 only focuses on money and the koojins are moneymakers. I just want Bua to keep getting FL roles. She has received so many SFL roles and you don't see that anymore with people like Kim and Yaya. They only got supporting roles in the beginning of the career. I hope Ch3 sees the fan support and gives PonBua more roles as leads. Yeah I read about the Bhuppae Sunniwat issue on asianfuse. Bella has had hit lakorns but I guess she wasn't in the same ranking as Kim and Yaya and Pope wasn't really an Alister at that point. People pretty much said it was like a dark horse. Ch3 never realized how big the show was going to be and it ended up breaking records for the channel. I love EXO too! I think they are like the last big kpop group I got into. I don't really listen to much kpop anymore unless a song goes viral. I still haven't seen Mike and Mew's lakorn. I normally do not like Female Chasing the ML tropes at all. I'm too old school and like the guys to do it (I didn't expect Praomook to be that smh lol). Some people seem to like it but idk I might watch it later this summer. Ch3 loves to cut or end airing shows for reruns of older shows. They only seem to care about is views and money smdh.
Channel 3 must be rich if they deleted the scenes they filmed in Korea for, all for Nadech and Mew's rerun of…
No, it's so true. They really had no problem losing all the footage and ppl are trying to blame it on the volleyball game. Don't agree especially when the show was originally 22 episodes. Ch3 always focuses on their top actors and treats the others like red headed step children. PonBua have become a koojin and have international fans so I don't understand what the elders were thinking. They can eventually become top actors if Ch3 stops always focusing on the main group. I also notice they never seem to keep their finger on the pulse when it comes to hit lakorns. I know so many people were complaining about how they barely advertised or had any behind the scenes for Bhuppae Sunniwat and then it became a huge hit for the channel. I notice other channels are great about fanservice and making sure to spend time on the ending and rounding out a show. Ch3 always cheaps out on the endings and leaving viewers dissatisfied. They used to produce some of my favorite lakorns but I've become more and more irritated with them.
I need to watch something else to get the bad ending off my head ASAP! Lan's character is the worst, not worthy…
Totally agree. I didn't like his expression at all and felt it was extremely disingenuous. They completely got rid of the episodes of him actually trying to coax her back. He can hug and comfort the thot but cannot see your ex wife when she took a blade for your??? I gave that ring a side eye as well. It was literally a wedding band and not even an actual engagement ring. Like cmon bro you barely even made an effort. Lazy and low effort.
"It's not giving what y'all said it supposed to gave (in my rolling ray voice)." This show smdh. It's like going to a restaurant with high expectations and you get to see all the great ingredients and the food smells heavenly. You get to take like two bites and before you even to digest it, the food is taken away. That's how I felt about Praomook especially after finding out about episodes being cut and the lame as hell ending. You could literally see the bad editing and cutting and pasting of random scenes to round out the end.
I'm giving the show a 7/10 just because I'm a PonBua fan. They both look beautiful in the show and have that sizzling chemistry that made them into a koojin. The chemistry is what kept me from dropping the show. The ML leads shows no love or real interest (other than lust) until the last part of the show. The secondary couple was a complete joke. I really would like to see PonBua take a role with the ML actually being sweet and nice. Pon has the face for slap/kiss but I'm tired of Bua being treated so horribly all the time. I lowkey would like to see them in a remake of What's Wrong With Secretary Kim. They both fit the Korean aesthetic really well and Bua is always compared to Park Min Young.
The screenwriter for this show needs to be shot. This is insane. I'm 85% sure that Lan is setting up Nuch but what is the purpose of rolling in the hay with the thot?? I've never seen this much skinship on purpose between a ML and SFL. This is why Ch3 lakorns have been getting worse and worse. I had no issue with Tra Barb See Chompoo because they at least showed sweetness throughout the the lakorn even with the ML being an idiot. It's barely any sweetness in Praomook. PonBua's chemistry is literally the only reason the show is even doing well. Cutting the episodes was the stupidest decision.
Each episode get's better and better. I am really starting to like Ginny and Tet's relationship. Ginny can do too much and her scolding is on another level lol but I think she's a really sweet girl. Super loyal and just wants to be loved. I hate how Wat treated her because she really deserves to be treated like a jewel. I love how Tet told her to work on her self esteem and not to be dependent on anyone.
I don't agree on the whole Kul is this ungrateful person who ends up getting the bad guy. Yes, Tet is a really nice guy but I think many people don't realize how ambitious career women get demonized in society and within their own family. She's super successful as a doctor and also wants to get her Ph.D. I guarantee Tet would be pressuring and nagging for a child as soon as they got married. In addition, she has a super hard to please father in law who doesn't think she is worthy enough for his precious son. I'm sure she would have to hear his mouth on a regular basis on how selfish she is to not have a child straight away and want to focus on her career. Why does Tet get to have his life plans go his way but she cannot do the same? I actually think Kul is supposed to make Wat into a better person and Tet is supposed to do the same for Ginny.
