well I and many other people always eat it up. It's People cup of tea and should be respected I believe. because it's like making fun of a crime drama of how people always going missing and dying. aren't they always the same? π and you have that one righteous lead who wants to break the ice and take risk and do it all and save the person ( even if no fool would do that in real life because dear your life is on the line, you don't have 9 lives)
and same with fantasy where you always have that one Chosen one lol. always the same.
or the historical drama where the always in palace and that one prince lead or something.
or can we get to the REALISTIC Kdrama where you always have that one lead who is so morally grey because they have some trauma or is so depressed and you ask for why? well guess what? same old backstory. Pretty predictable huh?
So these are TASTE AND what people wish to see when they come to sit down and escape their reality.. Unreasonable as it may seem? unrealistic? repetitive? who cares. people enjoy it.
Hmm I see. Me personally I love romance drama But it's HARD for me to love just any romance so I'm picky. I like to lean on non romance at some moods but when I want to turn my brain off and have fun I just. click on stuff like these.
Kdrama yeah mostly written by female. and that's why most viewers are female. (I'm a guy and enjoy Kdrama) And I think there are really Good Male oriented Kdrama. so before watching a show one could know if it's male or female oriented.
I NEVER SAID THAT and if you got what I meant wrong then that's your business. for the sake of being rational I will explain.
I have my 1st example as Being a Greenflag is not real and It's all set on our delusions. The first paragraph of my sentence was basically an introduction to lay emphasis on the idea that these are all fictions including the virgin male lead trope ( which I implied that I didn't see anything wrong with so far because as long as the story is done well why should it be a problem?) I only mentioned the Greenflag lead because of the idea that many who had been to Korea say oh this is not how guys are and stuff. which is what I wished to use to express and emphasize on The fictional aspect of it.
You're basically getting it wrong when I said dating someone else before FL is ref flag. I never implied that and you're the one misinterpreting everything here.
And if you can't seem to handle the delusional fantasies that has been Horned endlessly by everyone watching Kdrama ( I think at this point these writer needs to add before each drama Note all these are FAKE and are not how things work in real life" I think warning need to be added for you to understand I guess?) if you're looking for how humans behave there are some dramas out there that have that Like My mister. etc. some are just Silly fictional dramas for entertainment it's not that deep. I think we have forgotten the meaning of fictional at this point because Writers who are fictional writers can't write fictions now?
+ I don't even get why y'all calling him virgin male lead atp. does he need to date and sleep with everyone to be realistic? 30 years without dating is normal y'all and that doesn't mean he never liked anyone ( Maybe his past relationship didn't work out? the writer doesn't own anyone that backstory since it's irrelevant to plot)
hmm.... well we all know that the Greenflag men are not like that in real life and in a drama I'm watching someone made a comment that idol drama are basically delusional shows to fulfil female fantasies of men. so as long as this isn't a documentary or biography of a country shouldn't be a problem. it becomes Your problem if you tend to believe whatever you see on TV. it's all escaping reality after all, that's why we tune in to TV shows. and I previously remembered that There was an era back then when Literally all female character are basically the Virgin one lol. so a turn of events can't basically hurt the image of humanity can it? ( and back then those FL were getting bashed...sigh)
The high scores on Douban are surprising. Chinese romance dramas that received high scores on MDL received low…
Chinese rate their low because they tend to be too judgemental when it comes to their people ( can't blame them because I tend to relate with my country's show hahaha) A 6 rating for a Chinese drama on douban is Decent. 7 is wow. 8 is omg a masterpiece haha 9 is broke record hahaha
but I saw a lot of Reuter where yanan character beat tian Jiarui so badly I don't know why there is a lot of people…
Same I want it this year because looks so good. it's complicated so all our questions shall be answered when it airs. but I'm keeping my little ship till thenπ

This drama is giving the vibes of all are enemies haha. Even Yan'An Character and ml character fought and they're basically friends back in the years. so it's like a hate friends trope? idk. It's a dark show so you can't expect all being bully and friendly. they shall fight and might work together at times idk. And The Ships in this drama are a lotπ Everyone shipped with another haha.
