Basically was chatting with a Chinese friend who Also Watched dramas and she was like "She's waiting for the S2 of this " and I'm like wait... There's a S2? and I told her nothing has been shot and she's like. The drama has already been shot and it was probably divided into two parts . the other to air heaven knows when and basically following the CHINA rule of airing part two of Dramas LATER on, We would never know when that would.
So here at my thoughts for those complaining about ending
1. with the plot holes, it's either they aim for a S2. so your complaint are basically incomplete because you can't complain until you see the FULL STORY
2 and then again I personally think the drama ended in a powerful manner. A drama like this...Based on spies and intense romance and stuff .Do you expect a Cinderella ROMANCE and Happy ending marriage 💀💀 it's like most of you can't tell what the drama promised in the beginning. A drama with a forbidden romance like this and two ladies bound by responsibility, Of course You can't expect more lol.
3. And for the plot holes? sigh I don't think there's anything like that. because as a writer I believe in the theory " Not all stories (storylines) should be written and not all should be ended. some things are best left unsaid and that's only realistic.
so THIS DRAMA AROUSE THE AUTHOR IN ME! China thanks for this masterpiece that made me think hard about certain things

Well. At least he's not a lunatic serial killer with disgusting morals. Besides if you follow up the drama he Didn't kill because he loved killing but self defense or so. and basically you can't tell me in historical era of the Such he is the only one who has killed someone there? 💀 Like the Ex Husband if we're being real hasn't Killed People throughout his life. besides if being a bodyguard who Obviously will go to war and fight Enemies attacking them makes him a murderer, them sure.
