Kinda hope that they just wanted to get to the actual plot, so they rushed through this crazy mess to get to it…
Yes I thought so too, but someone explained to me that ultimately this also isn't the main plot :D but the main plot is him pretending he still hasn't gotten his memory back (probably to prevent Diao from leaving?).
As much as I like this show, I can’t lie about how cringey it gets. Especially with Prapai and Sky, like I can’t…
Yeees, some scenes... but all in all I loved this show to bits. And at least the show had an overall mature look. Or at least more mature than many others (latest example wedding plan - they looked & seemed to have just finished highschool xD Or the series, where they put a filter on top of everything, so it looks like a dream world?).
Cringe free dramas from Thailand are few anyway, it's true. Maybe Manner of Death and maaaybe also Kinnporsche!? Oh and Not Me. Ha, maybe the more serious the plot the less cringy it gets? Ah no wait, I forgot about Unforgotten Night. That's as cringy as it gets :D
Just rewatched Payu propose to Rain in 'Wedding Plan' and no idea why I only just noticed the intensity of it, but GOD Payu has never looked more in love. When Rain says that now that he's grown up he can properly stand by his side, Payu looks like he's this close to crying. And when the confetti goes of ... that look on his face. He literally only sees Rain. I. Love. It.
But you do know that you don't actually have to watch it!? There are so many other shows to be invested in right…
Oh seems like I hit a sore spot :D well then... as you said: Do your best 💪 ___
Just: Writing: "I wasn't aware that I suggested that I "have" to watch this." and ending your own comment with "you don't have to read them" is consequent, I guess xD
No proper idea why, but I'm somehow having a problem with the actor of Zong Yi. He's irritating me and kind of feels out of place. Hope that changes soon.
Ze Rui was hurt badly by Zhang Teng that he was in a coma for some time but the amesnia is fake, not sure if they…
Huh... wished it'd be the other way around at least. Would've been WAY more interesting to see Ze Rui falling in love again and slowly learning about what Zong Yi did for him.
"erases Fan Ze Rui's memory" ... "Bai Zong Yi, who now struggles with memory loss" ...
Is that a bad joke? A typo? In what world would that ever happen? I mean I can live with a lot, but that at least reads insanely ridiculous and not creative at all - more like lazy.
Thank god for the other couple!! (who I hope won't have amnesia or any other temporarily memory disturbances). God that's so dumb xD
Was the memory loss always in the summary and I just didn't read it? Because I might have avoided this if I had…
Omg you're right! And... I'm awake since almost 30 hours so I might totally misunderstand, but according to the summary... do BOTH have some sort of amensia? One is always already to much and I skip it, bc of all the tropes I hate, amnesia only gets beaten by body swap. But srly... BOTH??? Who came up with that crap.
Anyway, even after the trailer I was already way more interested in the other couple (bummer they apparently are the 2nd / side one).
So far my only issue is Dunk's acting. I mean he's young, he probably might learn, but right now it's just not good at all. Joong on the other hand improved A LOT and I really enjoy it :)
Gotta admit that was a nice change. The sudden plot wasn't dragged and handled well. They could've easily made this a massive 5 or something episodes long thing, full of schemes, misunderstandings and stuff (don't get me wrong, done well this can also be fun, but a direct hit on the problem happens so rarely, it was a nice change).
I'm rather happy that most look and are a bit "older" (25 an up). One is even 30!! LOVE THAT! I can't take the very young looking couples all too serious (Wedding Plan would be my latest example - they're kids in my eyes :/ ).
On rewatching the scene of Hira beating the shit out of the fan I noticed that he roared like a violent beast…
Under different circumstances I'd agree. Him pushing Kiyoi seems and is unusual. But this is a different situation:
You can see Hira constantly glancing back at Shitara when they get up and try to leave. He also notices that Shitara grabbed the knife and is about to get up & follow them = follow Kiyoi - after he just said he'd kill Kiyoi no matter what, mind you.
So when he urges Kiyoi to run away alone, he ofc doesn't want to leave Hira behind, but since there's not enough time to run away together, since Kiyoi isn't in the condition to properly run, Hira simply gets desperate and pushes him away, so he can stop Shitara at any time. And Kiyoi also knows how unusual this is for Hira, so that must've been unsettling on a whole new level, proofing him just how serious his boyfriend is in this moment.
