(very messy writing and its 3 am and i haven't slept well for three nights)
basically came back to yall suspecting the ml lmfaoo. i'm more so leaning towards it being the male therapist. the killer loves attention so much so that he keeps sending the puzzle pieces to ina. and i think the other way he's feeding off of that attention irl, is by telling that orphan with dark eyes story over and over again, which is really about him. i bet he gets off from seeing the shock on people's faces when he tells them just how young the kid was and how he was still capable of evilness. besides he paints and stuff and seems to be on the creative side which the killer might be. and man he just gives off insane creepy vibes and the way the camera would linger on him during the therapy scenes. or anytime he was in the background he just stood out. i'm also starting to suspect her therapist. they live together and are rivals???? and there's no romantic connection like at alll?? he does seem attached to her but it doesn't seem like its romantic or sexual. they're either related or something else. and one way to keep track of the case is through ina. i mean 10 years? seriously??? and maybe the murders restarted again bcs the killers (therapists) figured that ina was ready and that she'd perfectly play into their plans. or it has to do something with one of the victims and time running out for the killer.
im on episode 6 rn and i'm really enjoying it so far but i gotta say--hansaem was very very annoying for the first two episodes. he was getting on my nerves every time he appeared on my screen. i was really starting to doubt his credentials--i have come to like him ( i'm still guarded against him but he's cool)
aside from that? this show is up my alley and i really adore ina, and i'm so very scared for her therapist. I hope she isn't the killer or a target. and i'm also suspicious of the other therapist bcs the camera wants me to be! and hansaem's boss.
but i wish this show doesn't end. pleaaaase let there be a season 2 or 3. i mean the killer escaped for 10 years! surely, he won't get caught in just 11 episodes right? he won't even be impressive then--like just 11 episodes?? seriously?
plus it has the perfect ingredients to have multiple seasons. my favorite sub-genre of detective show is when the main character solves cases or gets into the profession bcs they're after a particular killer that went after their family/ partner. bonus points if they're autistic or are obsessive or give off the vibes that they could kill said killer.
also am i the only who noticed that gyu young has long hair?? i feel like all of her roles until now had short hair?? well at least ones that i've seen so far. but again i adore her character sm and i don't want her to dieee pleaase. and she looks sooo good tooo!
basically what i'm hopelessly pining for is a season 2. (that damned killer probably gets caught and the show ends at 11 sigh. such a loser istg)
MOTHER IS BACKK OMGGG IM SO FUCKING HAPPY!! urgh ive been waiting and waiting and hoping and finally she comes back to life!! may filming and everything go well!! (and i wanna see her in more shit too! please!) but man i just can't wait to see the rest of the cast, hoping it's all good ones and also i'm gonna try to hold back and not read the webtoon...BUT WELCOME BACK MOTHER‼️
also i just can't stand that mf named jr. him and his annoying ass voice, face, and mannerisms. like if he don't…
AND I KNEW THIS MF WASN'T SIMPLY SCAMMEDD. LIKE YOU CAN NOT FOOL ME YOU COCKROACH. I SAW IT COMING FROM THE JUMPPP (it was pretty obvious) AND MATT WOULD'VE STILL BEEN THE BETTER CHOICE EVEN WITHOUT THIS PLOT LINE BUT THIS WILL TAKE HIM OUT QUICKERRR!!!
buttttt if this ends up being the cliffhanger where jr falsely or manipulates matt into taking the fall for him and then that's where cha loses all of her faith for matt???? i wouldn't mind it. like that would be the perfect setup for a season 2 and im hoping they do this instead of cramming everything into the last three episodes. besides there's so many things that haven't been resolved yet!!!
also i just can't stand that mf named jr. him and his annoying ass voice, face, and mannerisms. like if he don't disappear from my screen....and i really do get where he's coming from. his daddy complex, inferiority complex and all the shit he's got going, but he truly--and i say this as a fact--can not compare to matt. like even he knows it and thats why he's got that annoying ass complex. but just leave my people alone already damn.
episode 22 of 25 and these mfs still not together???? there's just no way for them to wrap it all up nicely without rushing. no way. I'd rather it end on a cliffhanger and for there to be a second season. i really need it to have a second season PLEASE GODDDD.
and i love love slowburns or when the characters don't immediately get together--just as long as there's more than one season.
