Before any of you come at me, I know I wouldn't ever be able to write a script for a series too but I have no idea how this won a script writing contest.
I fear that the rom-com element of this drama is over because I don't see how they'll be able to unravel everything…
It used to be 24 then 20 then 16 now 12, in a few years time, I predict that dramas will be wiped out and only movies will exist...I wonder if my kid will even get to see a short film???
I fear that the rom-com element of this drama is over because I don't see how they'll be able to unravel everything in these last few episodes without rushing it...Ugh...Why couldn't they do the 16 episodes? I guess they had the budget for 16 and used it for 12 to make it look high budget!
Prince Yi An's crying scene in the hospital scene was good acting...There was so much criticism of Byeon Woo Seok's acting that I had convinced myself that this was true and like a lot of actors are, he's in the industry because of his looks but credit should be given where it is due...I don't know about other scenes or dramas but the scene in the hospital was really well done. Good on him.
But Vier also needs a doctor. I mean he is still so in love with him, that he caress Kelvin when they were in…
But I'm pretty sure Kelvin didn't get the therapist for Vier to demonstrate his empathy for him though! However, I do agree both of them need the therapy. I was merely highlighting the hilarity in the irony though.
Today's episode was so unintentionally funny! Like, the one who needs therapy gets a therapist for someone else! Talk about living in delulu and next level gaslighting! I couldn't stop laughing! Are you for real?
Will adrien add Peach and Me to the Related Content section on this page and create a new page for it? Somehow, unless it's on MyDL it doesn't seem real :)
I'm happy I wasn't right about the last episode. It was a solid last episode hence the rating was able to go up. I was worried if it were as mid as the last two, the rating would go down. Let's hope we can maintain this 9.0 rating!
I'm just as happy with regards to the fact that this is getting a special episode(s) as everyone else but I can't…
Clarification: This is not me wanting an adaptation of Replay. This is more about my concern that they may not play different characters in a new plot with just as many episodes as a standard series this year.
I'm just as happy with regards to the fact that this is getting a special episode(s) as everyone else but I can't help feeling if GMMTV thinking that that would be sufficient to satisfy the fans for PondPhuwin for 2026 instead of Replay which would be a shame.
Sorry to put it here where everyone is happy but what is it with GMMTV's obsession with long fur coats. They're absolutely HIDEOUS! I thought the Starlympics opening ceremony costume was horrendous enough only to see today Pond in what looked like tartan pyjamas under a black version of the same and what was Phuwin's suit? It looked like lion's mane had been glued on to a camel suit by a 3 year old. Maybe I don't get high fashion but isn't Thailand supposed to be humid? They're probably melting in them anyway!
That would be awesome! I've always wanted female versions or female characters that have grey shades and are just as memorable as Khun Thee, Lucifer, Damon Salvatore etc. But, I don't think the entertainment industry would take that kind of creative decision for women, especially not GMMTV!
Personally, the term 'daddy' gives me the ick anyway but I really hope they didn't intend for double meaning in front of the kids. That's just disgusting.
Thank God the final episode wasn't butchered. I was so worried after the last two episodes. The outro was genius. No doubt, the genius behind it was X Nuttapong Mongkolsawas.
If this series had different actors, the rating would be low. What crazy fans won't do for their favorite actors.
You're right. Nobody could've played Thee better than Pond. So, the rating wouldn't have been as high. The rating is also high because ratings are also relative. A Korean drama would have to be better than best to achieve this high a rating because expectations are higher. Since the expectations for BLs are lower because of what we have been served, an anomaly of being even slightly better attains an inflated rating.
