No, please take it back to 10. ๐ Blame the Screenwriter and Director. Do it for Pond and Phuwin.
Rating a series based on who's in it is one of the many problems of kisskh. One should rate it for the whole thing in order to encourage better work not give anyone the confidence they can get away with anything.
THIS! This is going to sound pessimistic and I think a lot of people aren't gonna like this but I think the rating…
The Dark Room kiss was very well executed and the scene after Thee assures Peach that he needn't worry about being raised in an orphanage would've been sufficient and makes sense...Everything after that seemed like they were making negative progress ๐ I laugh trying to think about how that's even possible ๐
I think the score will naturally go down because people usually wait the final episode to give the show a score.…
Hopefully! It did feel good to have a Thai BL have such a high rating! Felt so proud๐ If it weren't for the botched final episodes...I guess we cannot really have everything
In episode 8 Tawan punched Peach because he was jealous of Aran, Thee was super mad with him because he promised…
You know what would have been a good additional subplot with some depth other than these lousy ones they've squeezed in would have been? Thee understanding that Peach has PTSD and encouraging him to get the help he needs via counselling or therapy with regards to his past.
I know right! It seems so silly to notice such little things but dude I swear I saw fried chicken and french fries…
I mean, I know a lot of people wouldn't be able to differentiate between a full English and an American breakfast but the fried chicken and french fries at the Italian restaurant sent me over the edge๐ Like what the heck?
This is going to sound pessimistic and I think a lot of people aren't gonna like this but I think the rating will go down after these final episodes...I didn't know how to articulate it but you have worded it so well! The first few episodes were so strong, the middle episodes seemed like a filler and now they've rushed the ending with tying the ends of so many subplots that was just not necessary (sorry for reiterating!). I was OK with the parents not providing melodrama in the series because I had anticipated that from the novel and honestly it is sooo last season๐ (seen it with all the 2010s dramas, ugh) but I agree with most of the other users with forcing a happy ending for TawanAran but GMMTV was probably afraid of the fans' reactions if Tawan was irredeemable. I usually don't like commenting on or criticising intimate scenes but they are REALLY underwhelming especially at a later stage in a relationship. I completely understand when actors aren't comfortable with doing such scenes which is perfectly fine, so, don't have them then! I'd rather have none than poorly done ones...There are so many dramas that have little to no intimate scenes that do extremely well if it has a good enough plot which this series definitely had anyway! Yeah, and the Shohei sublot was soo 'Hi Tatsuya...Bye Tatsuya' coded.
For me, today's episode was the weakest one. The actors did an amazing job, so setting that aside, my main issue…

โAmerican breakfast:โ eggs, hot dogs and green salad. I have never eaten hot dogs and a salad with breakfast.…
I know right! It seems so silly to notice such little things but dude I swear I saw fried chicken and french fries being served at the supposedly luxury Italian restaurant in one of the earlier episodes too!๐๐๐
The drop in quality between the first and second season is ridiculous! The episodes are getting more and more incoherent and I feel like the only way you would understand everything that's going on is by reading the book. Usually, when you adapt a book for TV, you wouldn't need to necessarily read the book to understand the plot. It jumps here, there and everywhere, randomly throwing in bits of information about all the characters making you wonder 'Where the hell did that come from?' Also is it just me getting the ick from the fact that Keifer and Yuri fell for the same girl not twice but thrice! I'm sorry but that is just disgusting! Also, I seem to dislike Jay-jay even more after yesterday's episode! I feel like she constantly overlooks how toxic the guys are in Section E and remains friends with them? I mean, I get they are probably her only friends, but is she not fundamentally a woman herself? At least, if not for herself, she should have some respect for fellow women!
Generally speaking, MDL ratings are worthless. Most of the ratings here are based on which actors/actresses have…
I think I share the same taste as you...Never Let Me Go is nearly everyone's second favourite, if not, favourite PondPhuwin series so I thought I was weird but it is MY least favourite.
Is it just me or do I feel like the editing on Episode 5 wasn't done properly? I mean I have noticed it in previous episodes too but it wasn't as in your face as this time...I felt something was off in the final kayak scene and then I watched the reaction video and Phuwin mentions that the episode needed colour grading as they had filmed the reaction video before it was aired. And then it hit me why it was jarring! One of the angle shots(?) in the scene clearly looks like it still hadn't been colour graded and it didn't look continuous either! It went flip-flop-flip from Phuwin's hands not being on the kayak like Pond's to it being on them, and then not being on them again after it switched back to a colour graded shot! I probably shouldn't be going on and on about something so little but my OCD goes through the roof sometimes and also feel like for a series like this which is getting praise and recognition, the last thing you want is haters is to pick out stuff like this as I have seen in other series. I hope they pay closer attention in future episodes.
