just finished ep 2, the first 2 eps were good. Acting is great and I find the story and concept interesting. Some scenes were hard to watch. It was really sad the mom, it was good how she was fighting and giving it all for FL to escape

Now I’m confused with the Yan family and the leads background. Are they really from the same family ? Feel like not her father, but her mother yes ? the leads can’t be related, that would be weird. Anyway ahah we’ll know later on

When ML coughed and his men mentioned illness, I was like hell nah😂😂 I’m not watching another sad ending, don’t start to tease this 💀💀😂 Youku I’m looking at you😅 the screenwriter wrote 2 pretty light romance drama, l personally loved General’s lady. This is a different vibe for the writer, I hope the writing will be good till the end

We saw the painful life of FL until now, I can’t wait for FL story after she’s finally free, get some revenge and rise, starting her business
ML is cold and everything, but he has is revenge in sight for his family it seems, understandable he would do anything to archive it

well I haven’t watched yet eps 3-4, but I’ve seen a lot on TikTok people with second lead syndrome. As always I’m not drawned by second lead (doesn’t matter how kind they are) but anyway I’m here for Zhao Lu Si and Liu Yu Ning ahah so obviously would still be rooting for these two and their romance

SML is kind and a decent guy, please don’t turned him into the classic obsessed SML with unrequited love. But from what we’ve seen now with his character, I don’t think this will happen

Time for ep 3

I like all the couples, but not sure about the writing choice. the second couple took so long getting back together at end of ep 29. Now they start their happy moments and we see so much more of them starting ep 30. But we see much less of the leads couple(And less ML I could say who is mostly absent in today’s ep) and for them their relationship is doing less good we could say + ML’s mental health problem since a few eps and potential breakup tomorrow. Yesterday I said I found it interesting (the plot around ML mental problem), but like I don’t want it to last till the end. I want sweet moments back and more happy couple, I think I’ll need to wait for eps 35-36
third couple was seen more at the beginning but their screentime decreased and now we almost see nothing of them, even more in recent eps. now manager and psychiatrist, it’s too late now, hope they don’t spend screentime on this

Anyway ahah feel like maybe this could have been 30 eps. they like to drag problems and seperation in cdramas sometimes. That was breakup, not the same thing, but I still remember Only for love, I was annoyed how long it tooked for them to get back together after the breakup

now I'm thinking this ahah the scene in the intro (FL in a white dress walking towards him), maybe this is it

maybe or the previews are misleading, but he says we should breakup and that he is leaving, maybe it won't happen in the end

no express and seems like breakup for eps 33-34, I thought we would have no breakup in this💀💀💀💀 someone said no breakup in the novel and how it’s been for now, my hopes were to high😂😂 now I really wish we got express

I actually like the plot around ML mental illness and ML’s actor portrayal. Also, this feels more interesting to me then like some dramas that have stupid breakup (some for stupid reason and/or many eps). We still have some kind of problems in their relationship, but not deep and no breakup (FL did not leave too that’s good) and I understand both their pov. I like the main couple relationship

FL’s brother has been very annoying, he needs to leave ahaha but he’s a kid…, so what can we say

third couple is cute, we get a glimpse of them once in awhile

Second couple, I know next eps they officially get back together. I’ve been interested in them since the beginning, I love the chemistry and the acting, I was emotional a few times. Feel like it’s a shame, because this took way too long for them to get back together. Personally for me it dragged. And I knew everything would just happen so fast, how can they already be engaged just 2 eps after ? I know they’ve been in love for like what 10 years ? but like, I don’t know, feel like something missing.
edited ep 29 : their talk. I like how she pushed him to talk and tell his reason. Finally ahah end of ep 29, back together. That punch and throw was satisfying, that guy is disgusting. I hope we get a decent amount of them in the last few eps and many sweet moments.
rip ep 30, too damn tired ahah I’ll continue tomorrow. wondering if we’ll get express tomorrow? if not at least it finishes Sunday

I also like him, I wanted to watch because of him. I see from some comments I’m not the only one who find this boring, feel like I’m forcing myself to not drop. Disappointed, the trailer got my attention and I thought it would be good

Hao Jun, the actor with FL ? (I don’t even remember who he is ahah), that doesn't do much at all. FL has no care for him, even if he kinda likes her at some point. After they finish shooting the drama, we never saw him again. I was invested in the second couple, we can see they still love each other so much, but I'm getting annoyed with the misunderstandings again (they both misunderstand each other, one was cleared, they need to clear this one soon and ghe other one) and feel like it's dragging. They just need to talk ahaha maybe this is just impatient me, still 10 eps left

It's later. ML shouldn’t be lying, but I get he doesn’t want to tell her about his mental problem/hallucinations... and worry her.

didn't really find her annoying, like she was taking her chance, I get it. We don't see much of them together at all, she was pretty nice. Xiao Xiao say them together and thought they were a thing. It was clarified when they met (the 2 girls in the hospital), she said they weren't together and only met like 3 times. But like this pissed me off : he is hurt and hospitalize, Xiao Xiao has been taking of him for days (he wasn't awake yet). He finally woke up, the nurse was there (Xiao Xiao by the door hearing them) he said to the nurse something like "thank you for having been taking care of me, I was feeling it" and she doesn’t clarify it wasn’t her. Xiao Xiao leaves. Now I don't like nurse ahaha that was a shitty move

Don't know if she will interfere in the future. That was the end of it for now

ep 26 : are you kidding me. Thought we were finally getting some development (with second couple), but misunderstanding again. Like a few minutes ago I said that I was happy the nurse was understanding, but no girl wtf. wanted to throw my tv remote ahaha I was so invested in this couple, but I'm started to get annoyed. I really like Xiao Xiao character and I think the actress is great, never seen her before

I stopped watching at ep 21, I’ve been watching clips and reading comments now, didn’t feel like watching anymore, maybe tonight going to be the night or this weekend.
watched eps 27-28 preview and from clips if seen on TikTok and YouTube + trailers/MV: just having some theories on this morning 😅 now I’m thinking maybe her body will « disappear » (ML running around like panic or something in the wedding attire, attacking SML, then crying at night in it too outside), then FL wearing a veil on half her face crying by a river? Will she leave without telling him she’s actually not dead ?
And there is a scene where they are hugging each other crying, could this be the reunion after her « death » ?

SML in eps 27-28 preview. I’m sorry but when he was practicing his confession, that was just embarrassing and ick😂😂😂😂bro she doesn’t like you and never will. that was satisfying Ml beating him, but does he wants to see her because of his obsession delusions or is he supposed to give her something?

the whole 3 days without eps is really trash and don’t think will get express tomorrow, but at the same time, shouldn’t they finish this before the story of pearl girl on Nov 1?

yes I understand the point of it and I agree that it will probably be related to the war coming up, but still find it annoying ahaha

I really dislike the plot of FL "marrying" the SML. How many more eps are we going to spend on FL with SML? They needed to add some angst, but couldn't they have chose something else or not making it last like 5 eps😔 like it's only 32 eps drama
