maybe some didn't have it, I don't have a drama in mind, but most does (normal lenght drama between like 24-40 eps usually have express). yes all plateform does it, but only youku does that annoying 3 days without eps😅😅 If the drama is worth it and I love it, I will pay for express, if not I just wait😂 I don't think paying the TVOD on Youku is worth it (to get one ep in advance daily), they make you pay again in the end for express anyway
