I am really not good at explaining and some things are from my perspectives below 😅😅 you can try to research too on Internet.

But in China, there are rules and every drama must pass censorship, to get licence and be able to air the drama. there is some topics and contents that are not allowed. Have you ever watch a drama with a similar plot? Love game in eastern fantasy, Different princess, Fateful Love, etc... and more. They all have the same ending. they make them come back and briefly meet in the modern world, leaving to our interpretation with a strong implied that the other also remember. I don't think it's allowed to make what happened real or the characters actually clearly remember as if they were both in that dream, book or whatever it is.

Time travel is also banned, I've seen some exception (they did something to get passed it I guess), so these drama also have a similar ending... it was all a dream for exemple (Summit of our youth, legal romance, Scent of time) or everything that happened was in a novel written by the main character (Guess who I am, The story of kunning palace). Also with a dream within a dream, but I think it that one it was done interesting with actually fitting the title since the historical time was the dream in the modern world which is also a dream since both time are not real (it's all in a novel written in the real world by that autor we saw briefly)

done. for what they have to work around to pass censorship, the ending wasn’t bad. could it have been better, yes... but the ending is exactly as expected. we will never get anything more than this unfortunatly. I didn't go that low, but the comment section is pretty chill so far. the last drama recently with a -transmigration plot- and censored ending, everyone was mad or disapointed (me included honestly even if I knew this would be the ending 😅😅), but anyway feel like with this story it's less worst 😂

now I can go back on TikTok, done avoiding spoilers 😂😂

in Canada, it's on Viki or the Youtube channel, don't think it will ever be on Disney +

In a sense yes and no. It ends well, but no happy ending for the leads together

I also like to watch mostly every drama at higher speed when it's possible🤣 at least 1,25x (going up and down while watching depending of my enjoyment or the scenes), watching way too many things, don't have time to watch at normal speed😂 and I got use to it

I keep telling myself I need to stop paying for express too often, but I have to pay it for this drama😅

I don't like to talk about appearance, if I have some I just keep my thoughts regarding that to myself, but I have to agree. Not all, but many actress looks very skinny. kinda sad, hope they are doing okay and taking care of their health

I was disappointed with only 10 eps, but so far the pacing is pretty good so far and not too much screentime on the side characters, well balanced

Saw a Tiktok yesterday, someone wasn’t liking the drama and couldn't get into it. She was wondering why so many are obsessed and talking about the drama... I was like, the romance and THE MAN🧎‍♀️😅😅😅

Why on this Sunday morning, first with WDBTD and now this😭 but all of this make sense, I can’t be mad at it. the writing of this drama was pretty good and the actors were great

A very good drama and still a happy ending even if it’s not a happy ending for our main couple unfortunately

yes agree, I thought the same. My first thought after knowing the ending was that they could have made them returned way earlier or the plot could have been written diffently in general to be able to give us a more satisfying ending. Could have shown her trying to change her life now and them starting something in real world. He didn't even need to know, he already liked her before. Him also knowing and being aware about going back 10 years (not sure how to word it), maybe made it more complicated to go around censorship even if they just ended with we assume he remembers 🤷‍♀️. anyway the last few eps were filled with waste of time moments and the romance with the brother was too. Should have erased that out and give us many eps out of the "dream".

I don't know why they keep doing these transmigration drama if they know they with give us a shitty ending at the end and people will be mad

at least the episodes are 1h20 long, so in the end it’s like 16 eps of 1h

of course I know that, I just mean she gets to taste the good food of FL along the way and we saw she was enjoying it😋
