I swear, I really didn’t recognize her—it’s crazy. The last time I saw her, she looked like she did in *At a Distance, Spring is Green*. Actually, I’d been waiting for a new K-drama with her, and I honestly thought she might have had some issues since she hadn’t filmed anything since 2022. Honestly, I never would’ve expected to see her here.
Damn, I just realized that the one who plays “Ji Na” is Kang Min Ah—I hadn’t seen her in a drama in so long. It’s such a crazy surprise because I remember there wasn’t any announcement saying she’d be in *Bloodhounds*.
Okay, okay. I just finished, so we’re going to have Park Seo Joon as the main villain for season 3. That’s going to be insane. Otherwise, I liked this season quite a bit—below the first one, but still really good too.
That’s it, it’s over. What a beautiful drama and what a beautiful ending—one of the best in a long time. I’ve definitely become a fan of Chae Jong Hyeop thanks to this drama, and he’s now on my list of favorite actors. Thank you for everything, In Your Radiant Season.
Whole months spent searching for this film, finally managing to watch it tonight, only to realize we’re probably looking at one of the worst movies in the history of cinema. It’s insane, it’s awful. I genuinely don’t understand how the actors agreed to be in this — it’s completely crazy. I could spend entire nights trying to figure out how this film even came to exist, and I still wouldn’t find an answer. It’s atrocious, just horrible. I really don’t recommend it to anyone. 1 hour and 50 minutes of pure boredom — it’s that bad.
I’m continuing this drama, and I’m starting to enjoy it more and more. Once I’m really into the story, it gets better. However, I’ve noticed that I prefer the “Wuxia” style over “Xianxia,” which I enjoy less because it’s much more complex to understand.
I really just can’t get into it. I’m up to date, but I just can’t manage—it’s my first drama with Chen Feiyu, and I’m having such a hard time with it. I’ve got nothing against him though, just to be clear.
Chae Jong Hyeop seems to have aged a little here—not in a negative way—but I think it’s mainly due to weight loss. His face isn’t as full as before, and the makeup doesn’t really help; sometimes it looks quite heavy, especially in close-up shots. I don’t know, but throughout the drama, he looked really tired to me, despite his incredible smile that makes him so charming. It even made me feel like he might have gone through a phase of depression. Wishing him strength—he’s an actor I truly love and find incredibly talented.
Edit: I just learned that Chae Jong‑hyeop has been suffering from epilepsy since he was 20; he was diagnosed while living in South Africa. I didn’t even know about this—sending him huge support 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻
It’s just so boring to watch without doing something else at the same time. I feel like I’m watching the same episodes on repeat. The ML and FL act really well, especially Jin Young, who’s excellent at expressing sadness with his crying scenes, and Min Ju does a decent job too. But the SML is honestly painful to watch, his acting is just awful. Also, it feels like not many actors really get enough screen time here.
