I don't have the words... Episode 8 literally broke me in two. I can't get back up... I'm broken, what a fucking episode, but just WHAT AN EPISODE!!!! ☹️☹️☹️☹️. So hard to watch, and I have so many questions in my head. What drama, just incredible, and the song that accompanies it is beautiful...
Wait are ALL EPISODES FREAKING DROPPING ON THE SAME DAY?? OR IT'S GONNA BE A PART TYPE OF THING??I'M FREAKING…
It seems that Netflix is releasing all 15 episodes at once. Well, I guess the episodes will be 50-60 minutes long at most. It's going to be a long haul, especially if it's not up to scratch.
When I see the list of comments here, I shit myself over the drama of the fairy, the most beautiful woman in the world, “Bae Suzy.” On October 3, especially if the drama goes badly, I'll have to bring out the shield and work nonstop to protect the fairy Suzy 🧚🏻
This man doesn't age one bit!! I asked my mom what would be his age (SJK) and she said 20-25!!!! 😫 he DOES…
Maybe not 20-25 years old, but yes, SJK has an extremely feminine face. His role as Saya in “Arthdal Chronicles” is really crazy, he has quite feminine features.
There's something I'm wondering about. In dramas like this, the actors are the main characters but don't have many scenes, like PSH here. What do they actually do most of the time? Because I think the drama was filmed in four or five months, but PSH's scenes were filmed in a day at most. Let's say, I don't know, that filming an episode takes a week, and there are 8 episodes here, so what makes filming take 4-5 months? Sometimes, I watch K-dramas and ask myself this question.
I hardly ever predict that a drama will be bad or a flop, but I did predict it here. I go about it very simply. I look at the plot, I see if it has a big cast with big names (99% of the time it's rubbish), and the key factor most of the time is to look at when the drama was filmed. If I see that it was filmed in 2021+ and we're now in 2025, it's literally 1000% certain that it's going to be awful.
I pray that they give us an incredible intro like “Our Unwritten Seoul,” “Love Scout,” or “Wayback Love.” Intros where you hear a soft OST are usually incredible in dramas. I definitely don't want a cartoon-style intro that you often see with no OST.
Yeom Jung Ha plays two completely different roles that are broadcast simultaneously. One is a villain, a cold-hearted character with a hard face in “The Defects,” and the other is a protective mother, a sensitive, sad, and caring woman. This actress is just phenomenal. It's crazy, you watch both dramas at the same time (which I did). In one, you want to go crazy because of her, and in the other, she's just so incredible, so sweet. The actress you are, Yeom Jung Ha, is just fantastic... 🫶🏻
Overall, it's a wonderful K-drama. I loved all the actors, especially Yeom Jung Ha, Choi Yun Ji, and Yang Kyung Won, but I found the last episode to be less impressive than the rest. Otherwise, I loved the drama so much and was completely hooked. This was the first real leading role for actress Choi Yun Ji, and she was just fantastic. A solid 8.5/10 here.
I'm on episode 6 and it's incredible. I love it, but I don't really understand anything. The plot says that “Hai Tang” is separated from Yi Xun by time, but for now they are together in 1991, but in 2026 they are not.
Can we expect a love triangle or not at all? Honestly, I hope not. I wouldn't mind if there was no romance and we had a wonderful friendship between the two.
What a wonderful drama, I'm speechless. I'm just overwhelmed, I have no words, it literally broke me. Just beautiful, so poignant, so touching, I burst into tears...
15 episodes will be difficult, if not impossible, to watch in one day. I could do it just for Suzy. Here, I think watching 3-4 episodes a day is better, so you might as well enjoy it if it's good.
Friday. I can't wait—friendship, love, sadness, joy. Please let us dream, Kim Go Eun and Park Ji Hyun. I can't wait—my favorite kind of drama. I'm going to cry on Friday 🥲
So hard to watch, and I have so many questions in my head. What drama, just incredible, and the song that accompanies it is beautiful...
- J Rabbit
- Choi Yuree
- Paul Kim
- Kwon Jinah
- So Soobin
There are surely others, but these are the ones I know. We're likely to have some heart-wrenching music.
A solid 8.5/10 here.
