let's keep this page a place for everyone to point out their opinions, be it positive or negative.
let's not crucify a whole fandom because of a person that you might disagree with.
(It seems attacking XZ's fandom is the easiest way for some to release their anger and desperation.)

yes, there is a break up.
the build up for the reason of break up starts at ep23,
the break up happens in ep24.
they get back together in ep26.

(the episodes I mentioned are from the 29 episode version of drama).

I think it's going to be fine. it's not like that they are too strict.. (they have certain rules and drama crews take that in consideration while making the drama) there are many dramas passing censorship just fine. TLP should be fine.

I know, but even that is just speculations based on the unofficial number we are seeing here.
my point is this number itself is not official, so anyone saying they are dividing it is also based on the 32 ep that came out of nowhere.
it could even be 40 episodes or split in 2 seasons or have less episodes. we don't know yet.
(40 episode is not genre restriction, it's for dramas that are airing on tv.)

there isn't an official number for episodes yet, I don't know why someone decided to change it to 32 and it caused many to get confused.
we don't need to speculate anything based on unofficial info added to the drama. (sure we can hope it be longer or shorter for our preferences), what I mean is, when they announce the actual episode count, it doesn't mean that they get it cut or extended! it hasn't had any official news about it to be judged based on it.

I think tencent will post this drama in youtube as well, same way they posted 'The Oath of Love', (there might be a delay for release on yt though).
that way you can use yt's auto translate for subs to change the English subs to the language you prefer.
it's a shame IQIYI doesn't post whole episodes of Ace Troops in yt. since this one is tencent we can hope for yt.

I haven't watched her other works so I can't tell if it's her voice or not for sure (which is why I didn't mention fl in my previous comment). but judging from oath of love interviews that I've watched, I think it's likely that it is hers.

I don't recall exact age but I think ml is supposed to be 30, 32 maybe.

he had just wrapped up filming a drama and his dramas all aired on tv successfully and got reruns too!
his other drama "the longest promise" is going to air this year and he did a stage play "A Dream Like A Dream" last year. theater acting isn't something anyone can just step into. that means Xiao Zhan has already proven himself as a good actor with an outstanding understanding of the art and gained praises of many for his portrayal of Patient No.5.
Acting is an ageless job. getting older doesn't stop him from perusing his career. (he looks way younger than his age though and he has shown he can act as much older character as we saw GuYiye's different stages of life in Ace Troops drama.)
as for future projects, XZ fans have learned to be patient. there will be many rumors of what he would be play in, as long as it's not officially announced nothing is true.
I don't think we need to worry about his future. he is doing well.

Xiao Zhan doesn't have Instagram anymore.
his acc was stolen few years ago, and he didn't make another one. (XZ Studio has stated in their weibo as well that this is not his and Xiao Zhan and XZ studio don't have overseas acc.)
his name in Korean is 샤오잔. (he doesn't have a separate Korean name)
and I'm being nit picky for his height which is 183.6 😉

he wasn't 2nd lead though (since both actors got 1st billing), but I understand your point, he gave life to GuYiye, making us root for him through out the drama.
