I absolutely love this series. There needs to be more BL like this one- filled with heart, milk tea boba and chicken.
Each characters have their own love language. Uncle Jim feeds you chicken, Li Ming buys you boba, Wen offers himself, Heart has access to hard liquor, Gaipa has title deeds , and Alan signs off on your loans.
All of the characters deserved the endings they received. There was no room for hate or pettiness, just a lot of love all around. I’m happy for Gaipa. Khaotung is adorable in this role. He’s my favorite character along with Li Ming. ♥️♥️♥️
But it gave me LITA flashbacks when Rain was kidnapped in ep 8. This is what they were going for but missed

LITA was done by a rich arrogant playboy who played himself. NLMG was done by a grown ass adult man who was supposed to be badass. That’s why I thought it was awful.
1. Why did Neung’s abduction picture look better than most Vogue’s covers? Maybe he was born with it? Maybe it’s Maybelline?
2. How did Uncle Kit not hear Chopper if he came in with them high heels? It would’ve echoed through the entire warehouse.
3. So we gonna do long distance now? That damn Cowherder and Weaver Girl need to mind their own damn business. They out here romanticizing long distance relationships.
