However I think Ra Ra is a lot more naive than Rachel, and Ra R has this innocence that Rachel lacks , in my opinion ofc. But when it comes to being naive and spoiled, there are definitely similarities!!

I don’t know what Eun Seok sees in Ra Ra, he’s much older / more experienced / more mature than her (if we put aside the creepy Stalking behavior). So what exactly does he sees in her ? They would have nothing in common .. i love Ra Ra but she is too Young for him and also she is too innocent/childish for him.

Exactly ..also he is better suited with a older, more mature/experienced Woman, in my opinion at least...but the stuff he does is creepy indeed, but most likely the drama Will romanticize it as if its a normal thing to do when you are in love =_=

The only thing I don’t like about this drama is the predictable love triangle. But hey, at least I won’t get SLS (like I mentioned before) that’s for sure! Apart from the love triangle I love this drama x3

Wow ! i’m really loving this drama!! Lee Jae Wook is so swoon-worthy and I’m so in love with his character Jun! So I definitely won’t get SLS in this drama. Also, this is the first time I see a drama that has Go Ah Ra as the FL, many seems to complain about her acting ... Idk about her other dramas, but here she is very impressive !! She does justice to her character Ra Ra! Ra Ra is so adorable and gullible, with a warm heart, such a sweetheart ..I love her energic, optimistic personality !! I love her, she is someone I would love to be friends with! Also Mimi, I have a soft spot for Mimi and that has probably to do with her being a pomeranian (My family has one). This drama has some cliches but it doesn’t bother me at all - so far. It’s a cute drama , I hope it won’t lose its quality! I can’t wait for Ra Ra to fall in love with Jun ... I already ship those 2 together so hard!! My heart melts when Jun takes care of her <3

Wow!! For once a historical K-drama not set during joseon dynasty!!! Makes me even more excited now! Goguryeo too which is so unusual. When was the last time a historical k-drama was set during other dynasties that was NOT the joseon dynasty?? Scarlet Heart Ryeo that came out 4 years ago ?? (historical K-dramas most of the times are set during joseon dynasty, sometimes goryeo dynasty... but like 10 years ago and backwards, there was more variety... not just joseon dynasty, other dynasties as well. For some reason the newer historical k-dramas almost all are set during joseon dynasty)

And I'm glad they casted Kim So Hyun! So Ye Jin is a great actress but isn't she a bit too old to be a princess in historical setting? In historical times if it had been IRL, she would have instead been a Queen. Or am I wrong?

I have heard a lots of complaints about the screenwriter, that most of his dramas sucks. But he also wrote Time Between Dog and Wolf which many people seems to love... anyways I will watch this drama immediately when 1th ep is realesed with english subs.. can't wait ~!!

Btw, anyone knows why no one anymore makes longer historical k-dramas that has more than 30 episodes. Which was the last one, Six flying dragons (2015)? And then I don't count historical k-dramas with 30+ episodes that are just 30 min each, I mean historical k-dramas with 30+ episodes that are full length, 60 min each. Or have I been living under a rock lol

This drama is great for Lee Dong Wook to really show what an great actor he is, because this role will be challenging! Some don’t think he is a great actor (they complain he is so stiff etc) but in this drama he can prove those who doubted him wrong ! From the trailers I seen, he is amazing :)

Is it just me, I find Lee Dong Wook becoming more better looking as he ages? I watched My Girl with him as the ML (its from 2005 or 2006) and I didn't find him very good looking... definitely not ugly, faaaar from it... just that not wow factor like "damn! he's hot!!" But as he ages, he's becomg more and more handsome (for me)

Hated how the FL was treated by everyone. Even her own son, who had deep respect for his dad, had no respect for his mom (the FL)... and she just took it? I can't however completely blame it all on her son... the FL was also to blame, for being such a weakling and never being firm with her son.. If i had a child who treated me badly... trust me, then I wouldn't be anything like the FL!

Me too, I avoid mostly slap/kiss lakorns but there is a few that I can't help but to be interested in (Kluen Cheewit, Hua Jai Sila...) but overall its a big nono for me! I'm not saying ALL of lakorns are problematic, I have seen a few wonderful lakorns with no rape/sexual harassment/abuse etc... Bpoop Phaeh Saniwaat is a gem! :)

finally someone stated the facts! I love thailand but gosh their rape culture is sickening! There is not just rape in Thai BLs but also in so many thai dramas overall with straight couples, so called "slap/kiss" dramas...

because when searching "thai lakorns" on youtube first thing that comes up for me at least is clips of ML sexually abusing the FL.There are lots of fanmade MVs of rape scenes in lakorns

Ah ok, maybe I just have had bad luck of coming across where most ones has rape.

*facepalm* rape??? Really Thailand, I thought Thailand had finally moved from r-scenes (ML raping FL) , but guess not =_= When will Thailand learn that in lakorns a relationship can still be very interesting without any rape involved?? You can still create a wonderful, exciting love-hate couple without it. I wouldn’t be complaining if just a a very few lakorns had r-scenes , but since it seems like a standard (like more than 50% lakorns having the ML raping the FL) it really annoys me. Rape is a very serious traumatizing experience..I don’t mind there being rape as long as it’s NOT romanticized...that if there is any rape, it won’t be the FL’s romantic love interest. I love Thailand so much ,but I hate their disgusting rape culture. But don’t take my comment to heart, I’m not looking down on you who love this drama, everyone are allowed to love whatever they want :) There has been a few slap/kiss lakorns I actually enjoyed, but majority I was so disturbed by!

I loved AePete so much !! They were my favorite BL couple, their relationship was so beautiful. So while TinCan was the more popular couple, it was AePete that stole my heart. When I heard of s2 I was overjoyed, mainly to see more of AePete , their continuation of their story (I knew some things from the novel that would happen in their relationship, so I was so happy to see it come alive on screen in season 2!! There was so much left to tell about AePete, how their relationship would develop and grow stronger after their ”honeymoon phase”, Pete’s homophobic dad coming to the picture, Pete’s childhood friend wanting to destroy his relationship with Ae, etc ) but ofc my happiness didn’t last for many minutes, as I went to this page and saw that Saint was missing from the cast... And I learned about him not being in s2, it made me very sad and bitter...I lost all interest in this drama, while I did like TinCan, the love I had for TinCan was not nearly as deep as the love I had for AePete.

Idk ...season 2 without Pete just feels so empty for me, not right at all. I loved his character in season 1. I try to think it was for the best(?) to not have Saint included , that maybe it was the best for Saint, as he wouldn’t have to deal with Perth’s jerk to a manager. Still very sad about this ...if they are gonna destroy the AePete relationship completely by having Ae fall in love for another Guy (which did NOT happen in the novel !!) then thats too bad :/ But I try not to care so much anymore, because what’s the point of continuing shipping AePete when the ship is basically dead already. Sorry for my rant, idk what I really want with my post xD This is the first time a fictional couple I love, has it basically destroyed. Hopefully there will be No second time lol
