yeah there is no way this is gonna have a sad ending... sure it has its dark/sad moments but first and foremost its a romcom. I have never seen a romcom drama that ends in sadness.

If I was chinese, I would never have the guts to become an actress. Because from what I understand, after filming a drama the government/censores can make the drama to never air if they find something "wrong" with the drama or any of the actors have done something scandalous... Imagine how the actors, director, crew etc must feel like if their drama (that they worked so hard on and for at least 6 months, probably longer) would never get to air???

I read that This is somewhat based on true story where crown prince married someone else and died young...so therefore I won’t watch this because I won’t be able to fully enjoy

the only thing that saved this drama from total failure was the great chemistry between the OTP.

In the preview Ra Ra is in lots of pain...seems like she won’t go back to her cheerful self like she usually does after just a while... maybe she’ll try to be all cheerful but it will come across as fake. Anyways i hope the seperation won’t drag for too long

How romantic wouldn’t it be if Rara actually did run away with Jun. But I still understand why she dodn’t do it...she helped Jun’s mom to caught him, because she thought it was the best for him, she followed her brain. But I want Rara later to follow her heart and fight for her man <3

Romance is my favorite genre but sadly I couldn’t care less about this couple ...I should go back to the other ongoing drama Do Do Sol Sol La La Sol to to fill my heart with its wonderful romance

How come in most kdramas rich families are so cold, emotionally distant and unloving, also very mean...like, there is no love in those familes. While middle class/ poor families are full o warmth and are so loving and kind, there is actually love.

Wow really?? That sucks (in my opinion ofc) ! Every hospital should have call buttons and have nurses to help .. I mean , its not always a given that a friend or family member are available to help. I’m glad in my country we have call buttons, I remember when I was in such terrible shape, so having call buttons made me feel secure/safe... I needed lots of help. I didnt have friends or family members that could take care of me 24/7.

How come Jun turned out so great when his parents are so horrible? Maybe the mom is not his biological mom, and his biological mom was a very nice person. Anyways , for a while I thought the mom (biological or not) was not that bad...but when she laughted at Ra Ra’s misfortunes and the way she treated the grandpa and continues treating the thugs who works for her, she is obviously a bad person. As long as she is like this, I don’t feel sorry for her being in the loveless marriage with Jun’s horrible dad who treats her like crap. Who knows, maybe she will turn for the better in later episodes... if she does, then I hope she will leave him!

I’m so proud of Rara because she immediately rejected Dr Cha. So refreshing! In most dramas the FL wouldn’t have done that...she would have been confused and not wanting to hurt the SML...so she wouldn’t have rejected him until much later

How come this drama’s episodes 7-8 has a lot more comments than Tale of the nine tailed episodes 7-8 on Reddit?? I’m kinda surprised because hasn’t tale of the nine Tailed been very hyped and all,while DDSSLLS hasn’t been nearly as much hyped

A lot complain about the kiss being too tame. I agree but it makes sense. Its their first kiss + Jun’s young age. I think their later kisses will be better , but nothing too passionate tho. I have seen Lee Jae Wook kiss in Search: WWW, he did well. Also Go Ah Ra’s last kiss in ”You’re all surrounded ” she kissed well. So I don’t think they are to blame for the tame kiss in this drama, it was most likely the director that told them to have a innocent kiss

No I can’t. But if they follow the folktale Ji Soo will die. And historical dramas(that are not romcoms) usually ends in tragedy... not always ofc, but usually
