Part II of this drama is even better. I really like how they always work together to fight evil like a power couple that they are. And I love how this is one of rare occasions that someone who did the noble idiocy apologize and realize how damaging it is. The drama did many things right. I'm so impressed.
I'm rewatching the drama right now and it always impressed me how I always come back to this every few month. The story really hit the nail with me. Ren Jialun is really great at playing angsty character. I can really feel his anger in this drama.
Amazing drama! The role reversal part is just done so tastefully. Chang Yi is naive but never stupid so its really interesting to watch him and his merman's fish tail is sooooo beautiful! Ren Jialun is amazing in this. His portrayal from the naive to later revengeful merman is just fantastic. Dilraba also did really well. I love her strong role like in this drama.
